Grasslands Road Always in Our Hearts Bereavement Stone "They Whom We Love"

I purchased this item to place outside in a garden that my wife and I have dedicated to our first born son, who passed away at around 4 months old.** BUILD QUALITY **-------------------This stone is made of the same cement resin that many decoration of this style are made of. Because of that, it is relatively heavy for an object of it's size but it also feels very sturdy and very well made. The rock detailing on the surface of the stone is very high quality and you might think you were looking at a polished/smoothed stone if you didn't know any better. The butterfly itself also has detailing in the wings. The butterfly is made of very thin pieces of metal that are about half as thick as a penny. The butterfly does feel a little flimsy, but so long as you are not tugging on it or constantly messing with it, it seems like it will stay in place very well.** OTHER DETAILS **-------------------The bottom of the stone is not detailed like the rest of it. The bottom is a flat surface that is white in color with a sticker from the factory. The text on the flat face of the stone is engraved and painted, as is the heart just above it. Other than this engraving, the face is very smooth and not textured like the rest of the stone.** FINAL THOUGHTS **--------------The description of the item says that it is for indoor/outdoor use, but I was unable to tell if it came with a protective coating to seal it when used outdoors. I took the liberty of applying an aerosol based sealant to help protect the stone, which gave it a slight gloss. Having said that, it has been sitting outside in the harsh sun for several weeks now and has no signs of wear. I look forward to displaying this for a long time and have already received multiple compliments on it.Proud to lay this in the same space in my garden where I memorialize my son.** PROS **----------+ Very Sturdy+ Feels Very Durable / Well Built+ Beautiful Detailing, Painting, and Texture Work+ Butterfly is a wonderful accent to this piece** CONS **----------- Butterfly feels a tiny bit flimsy- May have to apply protective sealant / clear coat to protect from outdoor weather / elements.

I bought the bereavement stone for a friend's daughter who passed away. She was very thankful and loved it.

its what i was looking for, its to be placed on my families grave site ,it says what i feel and it has a very nice look to it and i think will it look great there . its made nice , its heavy and its advertised for indoor/outdoor use .there was a mix up in my order and i was sent the wrong item , but i returned it and about a week later i got the item i purchased ,and im happy with it

Didn't realize this was as large as it is. Wanted to place it next to an indoor flower arrangement, but will be too large for that. But that is my error, not the products.

I wanted something special for my girlfriend at the loss of her brother. This fit the bill perfectly. She put it out in her garden and has a little memorial for him there. It is well crafted and beautiful.

These are very poorly made I bought 6 of these some where already broken when I received them
