Eagle Brand Medicated Oil
Ordered: December 29, 2017Delivered: January 5, 2017I have a monkey balm and I didn't like it very much because I had to use my finger to get enough of the medication to apply to myself then rub it in making sure none of the white stuff are visible on my skin. The Eagle brand are rare to find locally so it was a good thing I found it here on amazon. I've used this as a child to help with my breathing and just minor sickness and it always have helped me. I love this brand. The scent can be overwhelming for people not used to it; which if you are not... apply a small amount of this medication is best for you. One dab should be enough, but I always do 2-3 because I am so used to it.Pros:- Medicated to help illness. (Such as stomachache, sore throat, and cough.)- Has a great menthol scent.- Dissolves right onto skin where applied.- It helped me breathe when I had constant coughing and shortness of breath. (I always get sick going down with a flu and cough and coughing made it hard for me to breathe and this product helped me breathe. It also helped me with shortness of breath because of the menthol scent. I used this way before I knew I had asthma and my doctor started prescribing me an inhaler.)Cons:- Applying too much of the oil can cause a slight stinging or burning sensation from your eyes.

Tiger Balm user has been converted by the Eagle
I've done daily battle with the knots and trigger points of fibromyalgia since a car accident in 2009. Honestly, I thought I had tried every medicated balm, salve, liniment or rub in the book trying to stop get some relief from the spasms that had become part of my daily existence. During one of our treatment sessions, my massage therapist told me that one of her clients, who also has fibromyalgia, had found a new product that was really helping her: Eagle Brand Medicated Oil. I was all ears now, eager for the information. My massage therapist, however, had a surprise in store for me. Her client had given her a sample to share with me in our session that day. I couldn't believe my luck! The sensation of Eagle Brand as well as its scent was quite different than that of Tiger Balm. Comprised primarily of Menthol, Eucalyptus, Methyl Salicylate, Ethyl Alcohol, Rose Oil & Mineral Oil, it takes its green color from the chlorophyll of leaves and adds a hint of nutmeg to round out its already appealing aroma. Given that my family could smell my Tiger Balm long before I entered the room, the change I've made from Tiger Balm to Eagle was welcomed by one and all (LOL)!Still, changing medicine doesn't make sense unless a switch is being made to improve the quality of a patient's life and I have really found help for my spasms with Eagle Brand. Hence I was not surprised to learn that, in Asian medicine, Eagle Brand is truly a "jack of all trades" medication for it is used to treat anything ranging from the flu to insect bites, headache, muscular aches, backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, sprains or stomachaches. It is a great product - one that can really help with knotty muscles and pain - and I hope it will help you as much as it has helped me.

Body, scent and.... Hair?
I usually utilize this oil ointment to subdue my shins, elbows, knuckles, palm and forearms when I train them for combat sports. I tend to hit them against trees and other "hittable" objects. I apply this on and after training. It does a pretty good job of healing my joints, so I definitely keep it around for that. However, the scent is way I love it the most and gives me that much more of an incentive. The scent is STRONG and can ruminate a long ways, so just beware of this. And to me, it's smells DAMN GOOD.I also like to use this on my hair and mix it with some pomade. It keeps my hair smelling good and softens it. Maybe it's me but it works and I'll stick to that.So overall, I'd highly recommend this ointment because it definitely gets the job done, last a good while and smells AWESOME.

Eagle Brand Medicated Oil 0.8 Oz
I purchased Eagle Brand Medicated Oil to use on an injured knee. I have tried other versions of topical analgesics and am trying to find a good combination to help take away some of the morning stiffness and periodic pain associated with this condition. It does a good job on its own, but I still find it necessary to combine this with a capsaicin based analgesic to get the best relief. I have a few others to try and see if they work better or less. I've tried Ben Gay Ultra, Icy Hot, an Arnica Gel, Zheng Gu Shui, and Tiger Balm (Red and White). I've found that the Ultra strength Tiger Balm seems to give a similar effect as the Eagle, but not as long lasting). I still have as of yet to try Kwan Loong Oil and Tiger Balm Liniment, but so far the Eagle Brand Medicated Oil has definitely helped the most.

A New Favorite for pain relief!
I have used so many different analgesic creams and gels and this oil is now my absolute favorite for aches and pains. I have cervical dystonia which is a neuro condition that cause endless muscle spasms in my neck and is often worse at night. I started using the Eagle Green and I find I wake less from spasms and my neck muscles are not so tight in the morning. This has a menthol smell, like most of these types of external treatments, but this one has a different odor as well that reminds me of Pinaud Clubman Talc (often used in barbershops). On me, it mellows out and does not smell at all mediciny like Tiger Balm, so I can put it on during the day and not overwhelm others around me. I imagine, like a perfume or cologne, that it ends up smelling a little different on everyone, and the smell may not work for everyone, but man...I love it!Definitely will keep this one around and I know what everyone will be getting as holiday gifts this year as well.
