The media could not be loaded. I was able to get in touch with the seller, the APC adapter was bad, he shipped one overseas and everything seems to be working properly, he was very helpful and assisted with all I asked. The product is what you pay for. Not too much, not too little, just perfect for a mid size business, configuration was easy as well.*************************************************************************************************************************************I was traveling buying things for my business down in Costa Rica and I just to got installed everything, when I touch the screen a beep comes out but I can't see anything.

Exactly as displayed. It even comes with a keyboard. Its very easy to use. John offers great after sale service. Great customer service. This is an excellent buy.
