I purchased 2 of these for when my grandson's visited and use the bunks we for their visits. They are perfect. They are dimmable - and offer a white or yellow light option. There is a timer option as well - super useful for when you fall asleep with the light on - starts at 3 hours for the timer - I do wish there was a 30 minute or 1 hour timer - but that's ok. My grandsons are 5 and 8 years old and can easily operate the small switch box to their liking. I am just impressed with the light and how easy it is to use and clip right on to each bunk frame. They have a flexible neck that easily adjusts position - about 12" or so long. Small, compact, but still very functional/useful. I bought this lamp for a few purposes.... for reading, for lighting at my workbench and lighting for close up photography (shooting through the hole). Works great as a portable light since it will run off a USB voltage source like a battery extender or laptop. For Photography it is hit or miss because to dim an LED light, you have to pulse the light and that shows up in most digital cameras depending on the angle and distance. I use it to photograph close items on a circuit board and sometimes I have to adjust the distance or angle to remove the black pulsing bars. Otherwise it seems like a durable lamp.

This light would be better if it didn't have so many different settings on it. You have to flip through so many different ones and if you happen to realize that you passed the one you want, you have to start over to get to it. It makes it difficult to know which one you really want. The arm hits the wall and puts marks it and my bed is not that close to the wall. It does zero in on a small area which I like and it stays in place and once I find the one I want it is good to read by.

This is a very durable, flexible clamp on light. I love that it doesn’t weaken and ITV holds position wonderfully. The White light and Soft, warm light options are incredible. The dimming option also really helps eyes adjusting to different times. The dimmable feature is wonderful, especially with partner, you can adjust, dim light, and it will stay in place. And Bonus! The timer feature is great for those of us who read until book falls, lol. Purchase with confidence. We purchased 2 as gifts, they love them as well!!

Works great. Laying in bed working on a sudoku puzzle with light set to warm, lowest light level, and I can see perfectly (see pic). Plus with warm light it’s easy on the eyes at night.Works great with my little table too. Snowy night, studying by the fire. He loves it.

I run three of these lights from a usb hub as lighting for my stream. I like that they offer three light settings and multiple brightness settings. I wish that the "neck" of the lights was a little bit longer and able to stay in position better, but they definitely do the job.

I have a problem with night driving because I see shadows in the dark so when I was looking to replace my little desk lamp I needed something I could see with . After looking at a dozen or so I chose this little light and I am very happy with the levels I had a 25 watt halogen but the thing got so hot this clip light is every bit as bright and without the heat . I am 100% satisfied with this light. I would buy again .

We have three of these for each of my kids. They love them. They like that they can adjust the color of light, i love that they can adjust the brightness AND that you can put them on a timer. The adjustable neck makes it easy to aim in the right direction (or away from a sleeping brother). Would definitely buy again.
