Been using Animal pak for over 6yrs now along with my liver/gut, fish oils, etc.. I've recommended this to so many of my friends and colleagues and I've only heard positive comments. I don't have an issue gulping down the pills, but if you do then try out their powder. The price imo is justifiable for what I get in return. Animal Pak or Orange Triad, you can't go wrong with either. Go through your first can and your body will thank you.Updated Formula is more refined where the major changes come in is with the ingredients and dosages. Increases in the amount of vitamin b12, d, and k you get per serving as well as added ingredients to support liver health, digestion, natural energy, and focus. Improvements in the tablets, shrinking them down in size while maintaining their ingredients and dosages.

Be prepared to swallow some of the biggest pills ever created. I break them in thirds and eat them with a banana. Three before, three halfway through the banana, and then three when I'm finished with the banana. Then a large glass of water. If you hate taking lots of pill like I do then this is one of the best ways to get them down. As far as the product itself, it is great. I work out (in the gym) very rarely. My main source of exercise is going to work doing construction every day. I started taking these 3 weeks ago and I can honestly say that I feel a little stronger, a little more focused and a little more lighter (lost 15 lbs)in my mid section. Great all the way around. Definitely going to buy again.

Great vitamins, only thing to be aware of is there are 11 pills to take each day which is a lot and can be a bit of a pain.
