I have been using these pens for many years now. I used to have to go to an office store to purchase refills, because they were difficult to find at my local big box retailers.Fortunately, I found this option and can but both the pen bodies and a ton of refills for a great price.The pens are bold; 1.0mm I believe. Extremely smooth flowing ink, not at all scratchy like cheap ballpoint feel.For me personally a huge selling point is that the ink dries extremely quickly and doesn't smudge. As a left-handed writer this is an important consideration since your hand ends up going over the text you just wrote.Everyone at work who borrows one of these pens inevitably has an, "Ooooh! This is a great pen!" moment.The only downsides (and they are rare, few, and not enough to dampen my devotion to these beauties) are as follows:1) the ink takes a long time to dry on more coated paper, like if you sign a greeting card. Make sure it's dry before you close the card up or you will get transfer.2) if you accidentally break off the clip, the pen barrel become basically garbage. The clip is somehow integral to the locking mechanism (to keep the pen out and usable when you click it open). If the clip is broken the pen can't stay open.

I buy refills for my favorite pen so that I am reusing the barrels instead of tossing them in landfills. I like both the medium point and bold point refills. These gel pens are great.

This is my favorite ink, I love how bold it is and how smooth it writes!!! It is a little spendy and I wish they lasted longer, but I do write a lot for work. I do like this pen, but the Pentel Energel pen grip is more comfortable to me when writing. As another reviewer mentioned, the Pentel pen cracks where you can unscrew it to replace the ink. These pens don’t break like the Pentel ones do, but I do use both pens. I’m just happy I can combine this ink with my favorite pen style - best of both worlds!!

Years ago I took on a temp assignment and of course was given my own office supplies. Well little did I know these pens were all the hiring manager had to give out. I took the pens home with their approval and on my next temp assignment, the controller of the company asked to use one of these pens, and he didn't want to give them back to me. Imagine the CFO of a company trying to swipe my much loved pens. Well an office Christmas party was being planned and I took the opportunity to buy these pens for the CFO in a secret Santa game at the party. He recd the pens and already knew they were from me. These pens were a big hit at the party and the CFO only buys these pens now.

The pen is my most favorite pen of all time. I like the boldness of the ink. Every time someone borrows my pen, the first thing that is said - “ I like this pen”. True statement. A co worker of mine immediately snatches the pen up if I set it down or forget to pick it up. I have to hunt her down ! 😂 I use no other writing utensil and order extra just to have. Don’t want to be in short supply.

i love to write and luckily a friend introduced me to this pen. It is the best pen Ive ever used. It feels good in the hand, and it glides so beautifully across the paper. As long as they are around I will continue to buy this model of pen.

Great pen. The diameter isn’t advertised and this particular one is quite bold (likely a 1.0mm). I would prefer a .7mm but because it’s not stated on this, I guessed.

LOVE these pens. What's great is they are refillable. The ink is bold and smooth. I've used the Uni-Ball Signo on painted and glazed canvas and it works wonderful. Highly recommended.
