Lush & Layered Beadweaving: Stitch jewelry with textures & dimension Paperback – June 30, 2018

Maybe I didn’t read the description closely enough. I was hoping to use up a stash of variously sized seed beads and bicones. There are only a couple of projects that call only for those types of beads. The vast majority of designs require at least a couple of types of “different” beads—crescent, super duo, quadratiles, o-beads, top-drilled, etc. Having said that, I must admit that the designs are stunning and directions appear very clear. This might be just the book to get this bead fuddy-duddy into doing some lovely projects, even if I will need to go shopping! Five stars based on the quality and possibilities.

It was a nicely designed booklet and full of imagination.

This book is a lot of fun and it’s easy to follow the instructions, but be prepared to spend hundreds of dollars to get the right beads to do all of the projects. The designs are delicate and pretty, but many of the beads called for are rare or expensive, so it takes a lot to get enough beads for even a few projects.

Marcia builds on her techniques, making it very seamless to use multihole beads as a way to add structure and depth to pieces. Make sure you have Quadra tile, crescent, and trinity beads on hand to make these designs. Great book for beaders who are familiar with basic types of stitches and are looking to expand beading techniques. You will also need to have a decent sized beading stash that includes plenty of Czech beads, Czechmates, and fire-polished beads. I've done two projects so far and love them!

Gives good how-to's on the foundation stitches.Easy to read diagrams even for beginners but with pro look results.Instructions very clear, no appendages lost in celieng fans.

The bracelets are beautiful, and this is one of my favorite pattern books. You will need a lot of different bead shapes and sizes for these bracelets. Be prepared to invest in several hundred 3mm, and 4mm Swarovski crystals. These patterns are not for beginners.

Haven't had time to make anything from this book,yet.

This book is gorgeous! I want to make everything! I feel like it is quite advanced, however. I would not give this to a beginner.

Looking forward to trying out some projects from this book and learning some new things.

This is a great book to use with all those new beads that have been flooding the market recently. It has a mixture of bracelets and necklaces to make with all those beads that you've liked and bought but had no idea what to do with. It's really is a lovely book and I can't wait to get started.

This book has so much in it thats very mskeable for snyone with any experience. Excellent book.
