Perfect match replacement for OEM on Ram 1500.
Worked exactly as it should. Fixed the Service 4wd light and lack of shifting into 4wd on my 2019 Ram 1500. Matched the factory one perfectly!

Product worked fine on the bench when connected to a 12v 700a battery but was extremely difficult to stroke by hand. Once I got it on my truck it failed to stroke when it would receive an electrical signal and again I could barely move it by hand. I’m assuming the spring is far too strong for the power in the circuit. Called tech support and they were worthless just said to return it. I cleaned up the old oem one and it worked like a charm.

Easy install
I decided to go with a brand I recognized, rather then a complete knock off brand. So yes I could have gotten it cheaper, but I didnt want a problem. Install is a breeze for this and it solve my not locking into 4 wheel drive no problem. No more flashing 4x4 light on the dash. Should last a while it was exactly like my oem and made just as well.

Great fit, exact match, 4 bolts, one plug, a little cleaning and done. Exactly as described, looks and feels as strong or better than factory!!

Works, but not as good as the factory one
Install was easy, doesn't seem as if it has as much force to complete the shift as the factory actuator. If you aren't rolling it will not engage. The factory one would engage even when not moving.

So far so good, Ram 1500 2019 5 gen.
Ram 1500 2019 laramie sport 4x4 hemi 5.7, a few months ago the check engine come up with other guys, service 4WD, service electronic stability control and these codes were displayed, U0418, U1440 , U0403-00, U0415-00 and U1003-00. but the strange thing about all this is that when I put the truck in 4x4 auto or high and drove it like that for a while all the lights went out, I checked all the harnesses and wiring and everything was normal, so the first thing I changed was the ABS module and nothing, so I took it to the dealer for a diagnosis and they told me that it was the transfer case motor that was out of range if not the Transfer case module I changed the motor and the position sensor and guess what, again everything stayed the same. After a lot of research I decided check the 4x4 actuator.. and that was the problem, the actuator was stuck in out position, so only when I put in 4x4 all modules see it in the right position. A real headache, and the dealers guys with all they specialized tools can't notice that. So i change the actuator and now is all back to normal..i hope this can help someone else...
