Amazing shoes
1 year update: I've stopped using the main shoe since the toe box is not wide enough, but I use the insoles daily. The insoles fit better than my custom insoles from the podiatrist. Metatarsal pad is in the right place, right amount of arch support, not super hard feeling. I couldn't live without my insoles honestly. Not even exaggerating I had foot pain every single day before these. Now my pain is gone. If I could give 6 stars for the insoles I would. Thank you ortho comfoot for making my life better. Original: They hurt the first couple times I wore them but now they are the only shoes I can wear. I have high arches, duck feet, anterior pelvic tilt, and some muscular imbalances in my legs/hips. I usually need an arm crutch to get around or I am at risk of collapsing but these shoes have completely eliminated that and I'm free to walk where I want as long as I want. The best part is my feet don't hurt when I'm done. I've tried wearing my other shoes again and I could barely even walk out the door... Not sure what magic they put in these but I'd buy another one if the other colors weren't so ugly

Size Matters – Painful Fit for My Neuropathy 😞🦶
I recently ordered the OrthoComfoot Women's Arch Support Walking Sneakers from Amazon, hoping to find a comfortable and supportive pair of shoes to help alleviate the discomfort caused by my foot neuropathy. Unfortunately, my experience with these sneakers has been nothing short of painful. The most significant issue I encountered was the sizing, and I believe this was impacted by their promise: "equipped with a cushioning PU foam layer to enhance the propulsive force of walking." As someone dealing with neuropathy, comfort is of utmost importance to me. I believe it is the foam cushioning playing a big role in fit of the shoe, thus the Size promised is off. I believe it is the foam layers that are adding pressure inside the shoe. So you might be buying a size 9, but inside the shoe fits more like an 8. As such, these tight-fitting sneakers only exacerbated my foot pain and made my walks a painful ordeal: I had hoped for better cushioning and relief, but these sneakers only added to my woes. Considering my condition and need for comfortable space inside the shoe, I was deeply disappointed by the OrthoComfoot Women's Arch Support Walking Sneakers. If you're dealing with neuropathy or any other foot issues, I strongly advise you to keep these issues in mind if you are considering these sneakers, as they may end up causing more pain than relief. Finding a better-fitting and more comfortable neuropathy-friendly fit is essential for your well-being. 🦶😞

Excellent arch support, comfortable, stylish sneakers
I always dread shoe shopping because I have such a hard time finding shoes with good arch support, that accommodate my bunions and are cute and comfortable. These check all the boxes! I can hardly believe I bought them without trying them on and they fit perfectly. I have gotten several compliments on them as well. The first day I wore them, the arch supports were a little too firm, but they relaxed a bit and have been comfortable all day long ever since, and are by far, my most comfortable shoes. I also believe these shoes are a great value. I've tried several other high end shoes and these are the best I've ever had. If you have narrow feet, they might not be for you. But for my bunions, They're perfect.

I really wanted to love these shoes. :(
I have two other pairs of this brand of shoe. They are slip ons. I wear them all day standing at work and my feet and joints do not hurt at the end of the day. I am a pharmacy technician. There is not a lot of standing around time. I am moving around. This pair of shoes I put them on and they felt great. I wore them to work and ended up with screaming blisters after just a little while . The backs of the shoes are too tight, I wear a standard size 10 women’s shoe size. The backs are just too tight. The box of the shoes fit fine and my joints feel fine after wearing all day. I ended up loosening the laces some and letting them be a little floppy. The seams under the place where the laces attach is also terrible. It is not quite seen down all the way and can bunch and fold when you put your feet in. I so wanted to love these shoes.

Comfortable but squeaky
The “OrthoComfoot Women’s Orthopedic Fashion Sneakers” are a great combination of comfort and style, making them a fantastic choice for anyone dealing with foot or heel pain, especially plantar fasciitis. The arch support is excellent, and the shoes provide ample cushioning, making them comfortable for all-day wear. I also love the fashionable design, which allows me to wear them casually while still getting the orthopedic benefits. However, one downside is that they tend to squeak when walking, which can be a bit annoying, especially on hard floors. Despite the squeaking, the overall comfort and support make these sneakers a solid choice for anyone in need of pain relief.

Takes too long to break in
The shoes were overall ok, but the heel cuff rubbed my heel and ankle raw. It took so long to break in that by the time they were comfortable in the heel, the rest was worn out. I liked the style and color and the fit was good, but the heel just made it unwearable.

Love these shoes
I love these because they are wide and have plenty of room for my toes to live free. The insole has bumps that are a little weird, but I can change those out. The shoe is not warm in cold weather but they are super cushy for the bottom of my feet.
