I recently installed eufy doorbell security camera. From unboxing to setup, everything was smooth and user-friendly. The video quality is outstanding.One of my favorite features is the two-way audio, which allows me to communicate with visitors (or deter unwanted ones) from anywhere via my smartphone. The live feed and recordings are easily accessible through the app, which is intuitive and reliable.One of the biggest advantages is that there’s no monthly subscription required. All recordings are stored locally and are fully accessible through the Eufy app, which is super easy to use. I can review motion-triggered events anytime, anywhere, without worrying about hidden fees or cloud storage costs.It did not come with Micro sdxc Card. I purchased 128GB(the max that you can install).

It works as expected and lets us see in real time who or what is approaching our home. It also saves so we can see still pics later.

I love it, its pretty clear with neat features within the app. The app is pretty Ideal nothing to complain about it. I can also access it from my computer which is a huge plus, on top of the no subscription. Id say for what the cost is compared to other companies who charge monthly, this is a good value for your money. The setup is pretty straight forward as well. Regarding the motion detector all works well, but I do wish we can add some sort of grace period when we are hanging out in front, because my phone keeps spamming me with notifications. I know I can turn them off but I rather not. Another thing is I wish the computer version has the ability to view multiple cams at the same time, to my knowledge its not possible atm.

5 Stars – Solid Product, Gives Me Peace of MindI’ve had this doorbell camera for about three months now and overall, I’m really satisfied with it. Setup was pretty simple—had a little trouble at first, but once I got it going, everything’s worked smooth. The app works great, the connection is reliable, and the battery life has held up really well.I get alerts every time someone walks by or comes up to the door, and I’ve never had issues checking the camera even while I’m at work. It gives me real peace of mind knowing I can check in and make sure my girlfriend and newborn daughter are safe, especially when I’m not home.Feels good knowing I can keep an eye out in case anyone shady is hanging around. Solid build, good performance—10 out of 10 would recommend. I’d definitely buy it again.

This Model C31 doorbell camera was part of the Eufy system I purchased for complete exterior coverage of my winter home.I charged the battery and installed the Sandisk 128GB class 10 micro-SD card and added it to my system via the excellent Eufy app and after set-up and installing the unit received a received a message "SD card not installed." I removed the SD card and formatted it on my laptop PC and after reinstalling the SD card received the same message. I double-checked the card and noticed the small metal cradle that secures the card in the correct configuration did not seem to properly align with the SD-card receptacle but managed to install it properly and yet again received the same message, so I called Eufy support. The young woman who answered was hard to hear due to a crying baby in the background, and she kept repeating over the screams from her child that "I probably have an outdated App." I stated I had downloaded the App that afternoon and was certain it was the most current and told her I could barely hear her over her child, and she hung up on me. How unprofessional. I promptly returned the unit to my local Kohls, drove down the street to Walmart, Bought the Eufy doorbell camera model C30 they had in stock, put the same SD card in it and it works flawlessly. This is the 2nd Eufy system I have purchased recently and the first time I received a faulty product from them. I love Amazon's excellent return policy (which I have only needed to use a couple of times) and great product returns vendor network.

I purchased this doorbell for my cousin for a “Secret Santa” gift. He has another product from the same company and he spoke very highly of it. After purchasing this for my cousin, I found two of my friends use the exact same product and are absolutely thrilled with its features, image quality and range of functions. This enticed me to purchase one for myself and they were so right.. no issues at all! Love it!

I have really become a believer in the Eufy Home Security products. Easy installation and very capable cameras and app. I was disappointed by the C31 Video Doorbell because I was unable to install the MicroSd card. After charging and syncing the doorbell to the app and updating firmware, I had the SD card not installed error. Multiple attempts to position the card ended up with the metal retaining lock being detached. I couldn’t resolve the issue and other product reviews showed I’m not alone. My tolerance for fiddling with fixes is pretty low with Amazon’s great return policy, so the C31 is headed back, and the E340 doorbell with integrated memory and dual camera is on the way.

I trust this product. Setup was quick and simple—even for someone who’s not super tech-savvy. The video quality is clear, the motion detection works well, and I really appreciate the 4:3 view so I can see packages at my door. Battery life has been great so far, and I love that there are no monthly fees. Just works the way it should.
