Communist Bloc Handguns

Overall good book. Not quite as informative as I would have liked, however that may be expected from a book attempting to cover all of the firearms of this period. On the other hand, the pictures are amazing, in full color, and are very good. If you are interested in Com Bloc handguns, the pictures in the book make it worth the purchase alone. Would recommend as a quick reference book.

This book goes through the com-bloc handguns for all of the Soviet influenced states that produced everything from the Tokarev to the Makarov, and all the similar Warsaw Pact knockoffs. Very detailed and great illustrations. I love this book...

This is a fantastic resource for folks who have an interest in this rather niche topic. The author obviously conducted a tremendous amount of research. The photos are spectacular as well. Highly recommended.

Great for C&R collectors who want brief but interesting history of their favorite Cold War/WWII firearms. Excellent Color photography.
