Clear voice
Works well with MITEL 5320. You just makr sure you have programmed the phone for a headset. Youtube has that process on how to. Good buy for me!

Comfortable
I’ve got several sets of these for each of the girls in the office and they love them. They were easy to hook up to the phone and it’s nice for them to be able to speak hands-free. Good value for what you got

Works well overall.
It is lightweight and comfortable and works well for the money. The only thing I would prefer is the option of being able to direct the microphone. It does not move.

Weak mic
User said 80% of customers said they can't hear her. Did a test with her with my cell. I can hear her, but only acceptable volume at indoor environment. If you are outside you can't here anything. That means if you are calling when the customer is at outside environment, they will not hear anything.

AFFORDABLE AND GETS THE JOB DONE
This headset was ordered for the accountant in the business office. She said she loves it and it works fine. It has been a week now. Easy to just plug into the back of the phone and use right away. Exactly what we wanted.
