Elite 12K Bamboo

This is the 4th of these we have purchased. We are extreme paddlers and put it to the test. Wonderful quality. Comes with a great carry bag and breaks down into 3 parts for ease of travel. Handle is formed to you hand well and the adjustment ability for length is easy. Not to mention the bamoo paddle is impressively beautiful and durable. 3 of our paddles have been in service with us for 5 years now. Whenever needed (no replacements yet necessary) we will replace with this same paddle! Great product!

I’m giving this 2 stars because of the hassle it has been trying to get the product as described. This paddle DOES NOT come with a paddle bag. I’ve order two and an replacement and none of them have arrived with a paddle bag as described. The paddle is lightweight but beware that the product description is not accurate.

Wow, this paddle is great! Recently got into SUP and the wood paddle caught my attention. I'm very thankful it did! The paddle is super light, easy to put together, easy to transport in its perfectly sized case. You know how when you have a really nice piece of equipment it somehow makes you perform better even if it does the same thing? This paddle definitely has that. I'm not sure if I'm padding any better but damn does it feel nice to use it in the water. The only gotcha I would say is the angle is very aggressive. Definitely go on YouTube and look at proper paddleboarding technique so that you can use this effectively

I bought the elite 2k carbon paddle with bamboo veneer. Its a lightweight paddle but i have lighter carbon paddles. The craftmanship is good. The paddle is gorgeous. But, its trisectional. It has slop in it the keyed upper section has to be tighter real tight to keep the handle from twisting the small amount it has the ability to. At this price point i expect a keyed section to fit tighter. The lower section has enough slop to bend back and forth slightly with each stroke. Again, at his price point and with a description of Elite i expect zero slop and movement. I fixed this lower movement with a small amount of thin tape under the middle section.

Holy cow! My normal round trip around this little island is 40 minutes. With this CF bamboo veneer paddle it took 30 minutes. Its astonishing how much better it is. I will probably add some grip tape in 2 spots but wow....great product. I was hesitant on the price point but will never go back to lesser paddles now. I am 6 foot 1 and 200 lbs using an inflatable sup.

The end of the paddle started breaking off and peeling after one use over memorial day weekend. The paddle itself definitely helps you move through the water and the grip is easy. The paddle is extremely light. I am extremely let down by the quality of the product. When you pay $230.00 for a paddle, you don't expect it break and peel. I don't think I will order from this company again. If it makes it through this season, I will look for another paddle brand next year.

It’s lightweight, easy to put together, it looks good too! I have a different paddle that came with a Paddleboard bundle I got and that one’s quite heavy. As far as how it is in the water, I’ll update this review once I’ve put it to use!

I bought this product with the expecting of an Ania e average quality given the price, unfortunately the locking mechanism doesn’t work and the case that it comes in is very cheaply built and came broken already. So I will be returning this item.
