Seems to be stable enough for the price. It can wobble if you really push on it but that’s because it’s bolted and not welded. It’s not as rigid as a professional gym’s rack but it’s a fraction of the cost. Assembly is arduous, I’d recommend you get some 17mm sockets and not rely on the included wrenches or this will take weeks. You can bench inside the rack if you remove all the weight, but I just move the bar to the outside (I was able to buy additional bar holders at a standard size).

I was wanting to get a home gym so I could be more consistent and didn’t have to wait for the gym to not be packed. I bought this on their sale during Christmas. I was a gym regular but this rack has replaced that. Instructions are pretty easy to follow, built solid. I loaded it up with CAP 260lb weights and have gotten all of the use out of this. Not to mention all the attachments are pretty solid! Cables could be smoother but it gets the job done. I was a little hesitant because I had done research on top brands, but was out of my budget. If you’re looking for a starter home gym pretty solid IMO.

I got this with money from Christmas because it was on sale and had cables. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much and I was worried about the quality. I’ve been using it now for a little while and I am very pleased with it and I’m amazed by the versatility of it for my needs at home for the price it was on sale. Assembly was pretty easy and I thought it had pretty straightforward instructions too. It’s not pro gym quality, but I’m not pro quality either so for me, as someone who works out quite a bit at home and tries to hit the goals I’ve set for myself regularly, this is a great piece of equipment for my home gym on my budget.

I was very happy with the product at this price point. I found the cage to be sturdy, and have a range of utility for a home gym. The delivery and customer service from Goimu was very frustrating. My delivery arrived late. The packaging was extensively damaged appearing to have been ran over. Parts were missing and damaged. The box itself reeked of burnt marijuana. Goimu was not receptive of my complaints and worked hard not to provide me with the missing or damaged parts I needed. It was a lengthy process.

Directions are pretty poor. Attaching the cables is difficult. There is also room for error for assembling some pieces backwards which you wouldn’t catch because all additional pieces fit together even if it’s backwards, until you get to the end. All of the weight lifting pieces are on the outside of the cage itself so there honestly is no point of having a full cage. Theres a catch bar on the inside of the cage however the squat rack, per the directions, is on the outside of the cage. Design should come with one additional K1 and K2 piece to allow 2 barbells to be set up at the same time and allow user to use the inside of the cage. Pieces also came damaged. There are paint chips and scuffs, as well as some pieces came with surface rust.
