I have been using this type/brand of creatine for a few months now and I am happy with it. I wish I could find the original flavor I received through a Facebook add purchase but they only have one flavor available on Amazon.

I really like these gummies. I've been taking Creatine gummies for years and have seen the benefits with what feels like improved muscle mass (water retention, I guess it is). These have helped to continue those results, coupled with going to the gym of course. You just need to drink more water as well, as your muscles will retain more while taking these. The strawberry flavor is great, and the texture is awesome - not gross sticky like kid's candy gummies - but instead a very pleasing non-sticky texture that makes me want to eat them all day long. I cannot comment on the inclusion of turmeric and black pepper in the ingredients. I will give the seller the benefit of the doubt on those, but honestly, I can't tell a difference from those ingredients. The fact that these are sugar free is a big plus, so I'm not adding sugary garbage into my diet with such supplements. It is a BIG deal that these are made in the USA! So many supplements are made in China, and I just don't know what to believe with those. I definitely recommend these Creatine gummies for anyone who is interested.
