Didn't come with owners manual. Suction works great
*** Update**** Seller responded very fast & emailed me the owners manual that I didn't receive. They also offered to mail me a copy of the manual.5 Stars for the quick shipping & works great for the first time use. I used it on my living room floor carpet which isn't that big of an area. Then I used the upholstery & crevice attachment to get the dog hair off the sofa & love-seat. The vacuum worked great. I was able to see how much my old vacuum missed when using the crevice tool by the walls and bookshelves. It was actually very quiet compared to all the other vacuums I had. The water was disgusting after I was done.3 Stars ---- My only complaint is that when I went to dump the water outside in my yard, some of the dirt and dog hair stayed in the water container. It looks like the container is two pieces but I didn't want to pull on it and break it if it is actually one piece. It didn't come with an owners manual so I couldn't read to see how to clean it & to know exactly what the buttons do. The pictures on the buttons pretty much tells you what they are though. Will update when I hear back from seller about getting an owners manual that I didn't get with the vacuum.

Good but problems
I like the vacuum. Has good suction. I have all wood floors except for a carpet runner at my laundry room door. This is the ONLY thing I use the power head on and it quit the 4th time I used it. They guarentee it but I have to pay return shipping. That blows.

Not my first rodeo, this is a damn good vacuum... its supposed to suck and it does... real good.
First the comedy: long ago I owned a rainbow vacuum, more than a little pricey but I used it and it was top of the line (gave it to the wife when I gave her the house, cars, kids and all the money she stole). Since I have "downsized" and used canister vacuums... that is until I saw the video on Quantum Vacuums... so I ordered the BLUE one (it was listed as "in stock"). The next day I received a courtesy call from the seller to advise me the BLUE ones are not in stock (an annoyance encountered on amazon all to frequently, no matter what you purchase) but went on to explain they just got a shipment in and they are all RED... the seller confirmed no matter the color, same great machine, so I wasn't going to let the color cancel what seemed like a great deal... shipping was confirmed the next business day and the day after a WHITE one arrived. I laughed it off and called back just to let them know I have the WHITE one that may be otherwise unaccounted for in their inventory (but no one answered the phone nor was I able to leave a message... made me laugh. Its mine now, I opened the box, unwrapped the attachments, read the succinct manual and cleaned my house with it. AMAZING VACUUM!!! I threw my old dust generating canister vacuum out the back door and shot it, grave yard dead (I live in the country, I do not recommend dispatching your former vacuum that way in the city).Make no mistake you have to clean the Quantum Vacuum after each use (you will want it to last) and after you see how much filth is trapped in the water you will not think cleaning it is a chore... not putting dust into the air while you vacuum means greatly reduced dust anywhere and means less cleaning next time. Squirt (drops really) your favorite air freshener into the water before you start... and you will be magically transported to an actually clean home that smells great.Don't try and do the whole house on one tank of water... you will want to clean the vacuum between carpeted rooms (at first) there will be that much mud in the water... it picks up hidden dust and dirt you didn't know was there... and once you've cleaned all your rooms you will be able to do more rooms on a single tank the next time.Make no mistake it will require some storage space for all its parts... a small price to pay for a truly cleaned home.

Beats Sirena all the way!!, lol - I used Sirena for more then 6 months, know what I'm talking about
I will compare to Sirena, and some Dyson Big Ball model I used to have.... and work with... : Got it yesterday, and worked with it for more then 2 hrs (couldn't resist). 1. Lighter (not much, bit) then Sirena 2. More quiet by maybe 20-35% (hard to tell). Sirena's motorized head tingles with rags loose endings - this one does like a Dyson's (had Dyson even longer then Sirena, but after while Dyson lost suction like 60% - it's tornado funnels - whatever they call it gets clogged with dust and sand - horrible!!, 3. Has a 4 super bright leds on motorized head - pointing exactly 40 cm area in front of it - you can vacuum with dim light and still know what you are doing! 4. Super long hose for dry vacuuming - very useful!! (Sirena was probably by 30%-45% shorter), 5. Upright positioning of motorhead will shot it off, very useful, 5. No filters no hepa), 6. Way better designed water tank then Sirenas - hence; way easier to dispose debris and to clean, 7. Detachable power cord - no need to go 'background' and around the corners - super useful for me as we have stairs both ways enterable in the main entrance area of our house, 8. 5 years full warranty (I only need to pay shipping/handling - back to service if needed... that's all for now... I'm impressed! 9. Oh! IMHO better then Sirena's suction - especially useful for dusting dust with long and soft (longer hair pieces) tool!! Excuse my English - did my best plus I'm busy man, so don't want spend to much time on it... ... still afraid? 90 days return policy... I'd give a shot!! For $500 I paid and got so many tools, with 5 years full warranty IMHO is a deal!! :)

Works great.
I did not purchase this vaccume from Amazon. I love this vaccume works as advertised. The only problem I have is disconnecting the attachments from the hose. I have arthritis in my hands and I find it hard to push in the little button to change them out.
