NO Adjustment Instructions
It appears to be running fine...only had in for 3 days...but it would've been nice to have some instructions as to the adjustments of the screws....I started from 1-1/2 turns from bottomed out position, and didn't have to turn very much from there...we'll see how it runs after a period of time....not able to mow any more as its getting COLD out, so will have to wait til next spring!

Great replacement for a fixed-jet Walbro
Bought this to replace the fixed-jet Walbro that was factory-installed on my M20 in my Sunstar, as it was running rich, especially once it got good and hot. So far, this carb has fixed this issue 100%, and the tractor as a whole feels a lot more powerful than it ever has in the 3 years I've owned it. I did have to enlarge the hole on the throttle arm to fit the bushing for the throttle linkage from the governor to the carb, but otherwise, it was a direct fit. I didn't even have to change the choke arm! Definitely worth the low price to replace a fixed-jet carb with an adjustable one. (Something to note: you will most likely have to put some gas-safe thread paste/tape on the fuel line fitting, otherwise it will leak no matter how much you tighten it down.)

It's okay for a quick repair...
I needed a carb quick to get a machine running. It arrived next day. Picture shows three gaskets/ seals, but mine only came with one (as other reviews have stated). Installation is a little pain because the choke is opposite the Kohler OEM setup and requires modification of the cable route. Once it was on, it needed HEAVY adjustments before I could even get a putter out of it. Plan to spend quite some time getting it adjusted once it's started as these are not preset like an OEM would be.

Bowl leaked very Bad
Slightly different than the original.But fit fine either way. Functions perfect. cranked good and run smooth.Had to make new z throttle rods to hook up linkage.After all that and it is working I had to remove it because of the bowl leaking.I have not gotten it to quit yet.After removing the carb 3 times and refitting the gasket for the bowl it continues to leak.I think it is a bout a 50/50 chance that this item works.
