Quality copper fence post caps
Appears to be high quality thick copper. Nice finish. I know the finish will change over time, but looks good now. Size is good for my posts and easy to install. Would buy again.

Copper post caps
These copper post caps were well packages separately with proper hardware. They are shiny, thick material and easy to install. Make sure to drill a pilot hole first then manually screw the copper screw in provided on the sides of the copper cap. These 6x6 caps worked perfectly. I love how it makes my deck post look. Such an upgrade from the cheap wood post. I would recommend. The cost was a little high for what I was expecting, but I'm happy with the quality and they should last for years.

A beauty but you’ll have to work with it.
Well, it is heavy and beautiful. I needed only one (to top off the post for the outdoor shower I’m putting together) so the price wasn’t an issue. S other reviewers noted, it does NOT FIT snugly on the pressure treated 4x6 post we bought. It is 1/8 of an inch to small to do that, and in all directions. My impression after reading the reviews is that they’re ALL like this. I don’t know why!We had to whittle the end of the post with a planer and then a dremel to get the top to fit, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I’m just glad we only had to fiddle around with just the one. It was a nuisance for us amateur woodworkers.

Caps are great but they screw it you on the screws.
I purchased these post caps for my deck. The caps themselves are beautiful and of high quality. The screws, unfortunately are not as good. For the price of the item, they could’ve been solid brass instead of plated. In addition, they only provide the exact amount for the caps purchased (10 for 5 caps). They could’ve at least provided two extra for every five. One of the screws sent was defective, so i has to find my own to replace their defect.

Excellent quality
2nd time I’ve purchased. They are excellent quality. Pre-drill pilot holes for the copper screws or they may snap. Use a manual screw driver and don’t over tighten. They get natural patina after a few month.
