Far Cry 3 Classic Edition (PS4)

I got this gift for my boyfriend to play on his PS4 because he doesn’t really have a lot of games to play. And so I got him this cool game. I hope he likes it.You should get it too. From how it ( from YouTubers that I’ve seen ) looks the game is amazing and the story is crazy good.

I'll get to my title in a bit.The extra stuff you can get 100% offline if you don't have internet, of course with the exception of Blood Dragon.Classic Edition includes some extra stuff that the regular PS3 didn't have, such as:1) An extra Tatau on Jason's other arm along with an alternate tribal knife, if you are tired of the machete.2) Hurk's missions.3) Lost expeditions which are fun, and sometimes Jason's comments are funny during these.Why is it an improvement?In the PS3 version of FC3, the mission Kick the Hornet's Nest where you burn the weed fields has a glitch. The weed fields won't burn and pirates keep coming out of the woodwork, forcing you to reload a few times which can get frustrating. In the PS4 version it looks like the glitch was fixed, as I have played this game three to four times and didn't run into it.Definitely an improvement with the PS4 version of Far Cry 3.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my grandson, so can’t comment on it right now.

Wanted to clarify because I've seen some conflicting information on reviews and Q&A sections about the game. It's a physical Blu Ray disc. Installs and runs perfectly on my system, a year old PS4 Slim 1TB. Audio is English with subtitle options for English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.As for the game itself, if you loved Far Cry 3, this is a great option if you don't have an older console and/or would prefer a physical copy.

This is farcry three it looks great on my ps4 slim and it runs fine I haven't even expirenced one lag. 100% would recomend this gane if yoir a fan of other farcry games or fans of fps in general. Great story with some nice challenging parts to it so its not just a boring catwalk. My case came completely fine no scratches at all although the disc had a slight scratch closer to the outer edge but it does not seem to effect performance.

I was sceptical of this release but after playing it, this is a great port to current gen systems. I love being able to add this to my collection. A remaster would have been better though.

Delivered as expected

I went backwards, playing Farcry 5, then 4, then 3. Farcry 3 was suprisingly good. Gotta love a good sniper shot.
