Good Value
Since they closed the gyms in CA I decided to invest in this one. It's not quite the gym but it is better than not being able to workout at all. I had been using "free weights" since they closed the gyms. But I really couldn't use the free weights to build my back muscles. This one has about 20 plus exercises to use, and I do. I was more concerned with keeping my back muscles strong since I have basically a bent spine. When they closed the gyms I wasn't able to keep those muscle in shape, so I started to have my spine start to bend again and was putting strain on my disks forcing them into the spine. I've been using it now for about a week and a half and I am already getting some relief on the my spine and lower back.At home now I work out about five times a week, for about an hour and a half.To me it was definitely worth the money. I hope it holds up. The cable layout was a brain twister, but my son and I were able to figure it out. It was really the hardest part of the assembly. The rest was pretty simple. Most of the nuts and bolts were metric, and of course most of my sockets are SAE. So I ended up just using the tools it stated to use. To me it was worth the money.

A little hard work goes a long way
I love this machine, it is definitely for the “I workout at home person” I read a lot of the reviews, main consensus to me was how difficult it is to put together. Well as far as I’m concerned anything worth doing should not be easy. I would definitely suggest a 2 day build, about 3 hours for the main metal frame on day 1 and 3 to 4 hours to put the pulley system together on day 2. It is complicated but how can you expect a machine to be this versatile without a little complication. A good socket set, a couple of wrenches and screwdrivers and you should be good. Everything is neatly packaged and labeled, just take your time and follow the directions

Cables Not Durable| Limited Range of Motion
I ordered a Gold’s Gym and got a Weider brand. It’s the same machine but I specifically ordered a Gold’s Gym machine (as advertised) because of the brand and got something I was totally turned off by. The cable to the pulley system also snapped in half within my first set of reps and I had to call a home gym repair specialist to install a more durable cable. This machine is also not designed for a taller individual. I’m 6’0” and weigh 205 lbs and my range of motion is very limited with this machine. It’s better fit for someone who is shorter and petite. I hate I bought it but it’ll do for now.

Good intro level piece of equipment for home
The Good:- Pretty easy to assemble- Parts marked by step, instructions are easy to follow- Quality of parts is overall pretty good- System works as expected, and takes up small floorspaceThe Bad:- Some parts don't align well (weight guides are two different sections and the weights get stuck on that part, I had to grind down and polish the intersection point so the weights glide easier; Also, the weight guards are 2 pieces and the connector sits too closely to the weight guides and the weights get caught there also - I disconnected the bottom of the guard to make more room.- I am 5'7" and would not recommend this system for anyone taller if you want to use the high pulley for the primary exercises. In contrary, the leg raise section is actually more useful for someone 6'0" or taller- The small footprint means there is less range on the pulleys, tricep exercises hit the limit of the pulleys quickly so you may not be able to get full range on every exerciseI rated 4 stars because overall the unit is a good buy for the money and is a good introductory level gym system. It's my main workout system right now with how much I work from home; but will serve as a good supplement for my normal gym visits.

Limited exercises
Disappointed in the lack of muscle group concentration station. Cannot work hamstrings or do shoulder lifts

Good deal!
I am 80 years old so I don’t have high demands on the equipment but I’ve been working out since I’ve been 65 and this equipment is very good and useful to me to maintain own mass. The only problem I found with the unit what is the form that one around the weights. It interfered what are use the equipment so I remove them.

Worth every dime
It was very easy to assemble I absolutely love it. And since it's in the home it's a lot better than going to the gym because it's right there in front of me and I use it sorry I didn't get one somewhere

Satisfied so far.
I very much liked this home gym. However, I just started using it thus let’s see if it strong enough as weeks and months progress. In regards to assembling the gym it’s definitely hard work to put it together. If there’s an option to assemble it I recommend to just pay for it instead. Otherwise, over all comments or feedback I liked it very much so far.
