This is perfect for what I need at 111 kcal and massive 27g of protein per serving it is a strong taste and I normally add extra water in to dilute the taste or add flavoured water it is a thin liquid and is just like juice and not a heavy shake which is perfect for me as I have had a (VGS) bariatric surgery and have to pack in protein with 60 servings per tub which make it great value for money
