If you have placed almost 200 orders on Amazon, as I have, many of them dresses, you know that the photos are nearly always not indicative of the quality of the product you end up with. I have ordered far too many dresses on Amazon, always hoping I will be pleased but rarely am. I suppose I'm an eternal optimist.In this case, here are the pros and cons...Pros..> The colors are as vibrant as the pix. I bought the white dress with blue and yellowNo ons on color> I got what I was hoping for in that the dress is clearly genuine Rayon (companies on here often send polyester instead), very soft, no sheen, with plenty of Spandex to add that jersey stretch I love> The material is just thick enough that I can wear the color dress I bought, which has a white background, without having to wear a slip, but it is breathable enough to feel cool. I usually wear a Fruit of the Loom unlined underwire cotton bra with this dress and even my black one doesn't show through> I'm 5'3, 135 lbs, 36B, somewhat long-waisted, and the length and cut is perfect> Pockets on a dress often appear to add weight to my hips and thighs, depending on where the pockets are. These pockets fall slightly farther back than directly on the side and sit flat. But the stretch allows me to pull them around to put something in them> I would describe this dress as an A-line, in that although the Spandex allows the dress to swing somewhat, but without the added volume that a typical swing dress has. Swing dresses are tempting in that their loose fit would suggest they'd be flattering to heavy set gals, but they are not. The circumference of the hem on a swing dress is so large that the fabric often simply adds bulk. And the lack of a waistline on a swing dress means you lose the benefit of accentuating any curve in your waist, at all. This dress seems to have a slight cut in at the waist but not so much that it shows bulges.> I have worn this dress as a beach coverup, casual dress, and nightgown. It's not so short as a typical beach dress so it can be worn appropriately to a restaurant or shopping> It is very wrinkle resistant.Cons...> As with most Rayon materials, the fabric is going to break down more quickly than polyester or cotton. Because the dress is so wrinkle resistant and breathable, I have worn it several times without washing it yet and I can tell the material will soon have that fuzzy, brushed look of a worn jersey t-shirt. If you really want to prevent that as long as possible, you'll want to wash the dress on hand wash cycle and only dry it on low, if at all, and without anything else in the dryer so that nothing is brushing against it. If you buy this dress only expecting it to look new enough to last one Summer, it will be a great dress for the price. If it looks too worn at some point, it will work perfectly as a house dress and be extremely comfortable as a nightgown.One of the best buys I have EVER bought on Amazon. And after enjoying this dress, myself, I sent another to a loved one sick with COVID and in an abusive relationship and it was a perfect pick-me-up for making her feel pretty for a while, the best endorsement I can possibly give. Incidentally, you can add value to the effectiveness as a pick-me-up by saying a prayer for her. Thanks

Bought this for my girlfriend and she loves it! After swimming in the pool she wears it to be comfortable and to get out of the wet bikini/ bathing suit. It’s light and is comfortable and lt is not too revealing.

The red is more of a red orange and not as nice looking. It fits great. I have this in black already

It’s a little big, but I don’t mind! It’s so comfortable that I practically lived in it for 2 weeks on the beach! And I throw it on whenever I can’t decide what else to wear! I need one of every design!!

It's reasonably priced, fits perfectly, is flattering, & has pockets. Packs easily & won't wrinkle. It is a bit sheer so they are correct to advise to wear appropriate undergarments. I love it

Bought several of these to wear this summer while recovering from back surgery and they’ve been wonderful. Nice enough to walk around the neighborhood in and visit with friends who drop by and yet easy to wear when I can’t move very well. Would be great as a swimsuit coverup, nightgown, or just loungewear. I personally wouldn’t normally wear them as a dress but I’m sure many would.

Fit is very flattering and colors are vibrant. It was a little thin for my taste, I don't like to be able to see my bra.
