Looks just like OEM, performance sub-par.
When I received the band and removed it from the package, I was struck by how "OEM-like" the band felt. The silicone band seems to be of high quality and has a premium feel to it. Unfortunately now, a month later, my band has failed and will no longer stay attached to the Garmin watch pins. Upon closer examination, it appears that Garmin uses more spring tension on their locking clasps than this band manufacturer does. It also seems as if the surface area, end to end, of the clasp is longer on the Garmin band than on the aftermarket one.It should be noted that I live a pretty active lifestyle, train with this watch 4-5 days per week in a variety of settings (running, cycling, cross-training and lifting) as well as wearing it for normal daily wear. I don't think I would have had any issues with the band failing if it was only used for lighter duty / cardio work, but for lifting and cross training, I believe the band needs to be more rugged. I wouldn't trust it to swim with just out of fear of losing the watch. I'm now outside the return window, so it's a $12 lesson learned at this point.

Major Fail!
My Garmin Fenix 3 is now somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. I have had this watch for about 4 years and I never take it off. I have replaced the band 3 times over those years because of the strap loops would always break on me. Since there is no way to purchase just a strap loop I always bought the Garmin replacement bands. Frustrated by spending $30 a pop to replace the band I opted for an off brand model at a savings. That decision cost me my watch just month or so later. This past weekend while swimming in the Atlantic Ocean the watch clips popped off and my watch is now gone. In 4 years through every adventure I have had my Garmin OEM bands never failed like this. Ill never purchase an off brand again. Save yourself the headache.

I really like these bands
I did quite a bit of research before I bought these bands for my Fenix 3 HR.I dd not receive any compensation for this review or receive this product at any discount.I really like these bands. I have had them about a week now, and so far, I am am very satisfied.- They are considerably softer than the original band. This actually make fitment much easier, and when involved in activities, I can cinch it down tighter than the original and it is still comfortable. I find it far more comfortable than the original, and easier to put on.- The quick connect is easy to manipulate and seems to be secure. This is a big plus from the screw on only original. I have seen video of someone snapping one off, but in my everyday use, this has yet to happen even once (and I am not very gentle with watches).- The metal clasp is smaller than the original, but yet very effective.- These use 2 'keepers' to hold the excess band in place. The one closest to the buckle does not have the inner tab and wanders between the clasp and the outer 'keeper' that does have an inner tab. The outer 'keeper' stays in place perfectly, so I really don't concern myself with the inner one.- The metal clasp is secured with a shaft and screw rather than a snap pin as this product's competitors use. I believe this system is considerably more effective.- The three colors are red, black, and green. All three colors work well with the watch.- The manufacturer thoughtfully included 2 screwdrivers in EACH package so you do not have to dig them out of another package if you want to install a screw type band or take one off.At the moment I do not have a single negative comment about the product. I will update both after a longer usage period, or if anything malfunctions. Notocity Garmin Fenix 5X Band 26mm Width Soft Silicone Watch Strap for Garmin Fenix 5X/Fenix 3/Fenix 3 HR Smartwatch

The Best Fenix 5X Band in Amazon
First of all, I didn't receive these for free to write review in Amazon. And now, I think this is one of the best band you can get in Amazon. They are the exact same quality and design as the original Garmin which is $49.99 for one. I paid $24 for three. It has the same screw on the buckle unlike many other brands uses the flimsy pin. Only difference is the part that connects to the watch. They are not as same as the original but they are also very good. It also has hook inside the band loop to secure the band. (I switched the loops to make it look little good haha). Color also match the original bands. I will buy some more from this company. Please look at my pictures to see more in details.

Get What You Pay For
I bought this piece of junk at the latter part of September 2018. After just 4 months of very light usage, the band has broken. The clasp, which binds the band together and keeps it on your wrist, broke. I literally picked up the watch from my end table and heard metal pieces hitting the hardwood floor. That’s all it took for this band to break? Really? I’d REALLY be upset if I were swimming in the ocean or doing another activity that would result in the inevitable loss of my watch! You’re better off paying the $42 that Garmin asks for an authentic band knowing that it will last.

Good Price, Fast Delivery and very comfortable
I read the review of the customer that lost his watch in the ocean which really sucks. Installed the band and It's hard to imagine this thing coming off but we will see. First impression is that it's more comfortable than Garmins. ***Update*** It's been over 3 months now and I have to say that I love it and will be ordering additional colors. I have never had any of the durability or quality issues mentioned in several of the other reviews. Honestly, I think those of us non-review-trolls who've bought this, did so for the same reason. Garmins band blows. It's rigid and uncomfortable, has a design flaw that causes it to fail prematurely. And oh yeah, it's way overpriced which is the Garmin way.

I'm wearing it right now.
The color is pretty dark, not at all fluorescent or bright. I'm not a fan of it. It's also pretty stiff, stiffer than the OEM garmin strap by a mile, closer to Casio quality than Garmin or Apple. You get what you pay for, so not really a surprise. The release is really nice though - equal to Garmin quality. Think the color is ultimately what turns me off. Will replace with a Garmin strap some day. I'm wearing it because it breaks up the black mass that's on my wrist when you have the 51mm body and matching black strap.

Great Quality Band!
As soon as you put this band on, you can feel the quality with it. I previously bought 2 $15 bands from a different order and they felt so cheap compared to this product!Thank you!
