The frame is exactly what I was looking for, and well made. More significantly, the customer service from Creative Picture Frames was outstanding. The glass component of this frame broke in the initial shipping. The response I received when I reported this was professional, rapid, and very friendly. I don't often write reviews. These folks merit the stars, and your business.

I looked around locally for a frame that could accommodate three 8x10 photographs, but could not find any options without getting a frame custom built ($$$+). This frame provided exactly the product I was looking for, with a single matte to bring all three pictures together, and at a reasonable cost.It is a no-frills option, as reviewed by others, it has a cardboard backing to hold the pictures against the matte and glass. But with the size of the frame, you wouldn't want the added weight of anything more sturdy instead. My only complaint would be the mechanism to hold everything together are just some metal tabs to bend in/out, versus anything more sturdy. These were a bit of a pain to get bent out to release the contents, but none broke, and I was able to get everything mounted and the frame hung without any issues.Quite pleased with the result.

This is a great picture frame to put all three kids baby pictures in one frame. It is clean and modern looking. It was a little pricey, but other than that it’s great.

Recently I ordered multiple picture frames from the Creative Picture Frame company.Unfortunately, when they arrived, the glass on one of the frames was broken. Whose fault? I don’t know. They seemed securely packaged, wrapped in bubble wrap, and box was not damaged?So, the next day I called the company, to explain what had happened!What did I expect? Perhaps a partial refund or an offer to replace the glass? But certainly not what was done for! The next day a brand new frame was mailed out, 1-2 days at that!Wow!I have spent my entire life in customer service, so seldom do you see examples of outstanding service! But this is one!!I know where I will go for all of my framing needs in the future! And I recommend you do too!
