Miracle Stuff - I am writing for two impressed users of Manuka Honey for the first time. This is natural healing at its finest. Also, I want to vouch for this particular manufacturer, they provide a great product for a great value. Be wary of others who are packing this Balm in small 1oz sizes and selling for almost the same price. Pacific Resource provides you an ample size product in a nice high-quality package. Buy this one!Now, I sent a tube to a friend whom is Diabetic and had a large wound for several months. He had been putting on Neosporin and all it did was fester for months. He got my package and in 8 days (not kidding!) he was so excited to have a healed nice pink closed wound!Myself, I have a strange callus area on my ankle bone from Yoga matt rubbing that is irritated and won't go away despite the Derma shooting it with Steriods. My Manuka Honey is starting to soften the skin and allow it to renew from the inside out. I suspect that this Honey increases blood circulation when applied, it really seems to get good nutrients and healing started. My case is more complicated as I have a bone spur or something also underlying. But, I can tell you for sure this product improves conditions naturally and helps your body - especially in diabetics - do its thing! Try it. Keep it always in your kit. Tip: Manuka Honey will form Crystals. Don't worry! just put a nice thick blob on your area and loosely cover with a large bandage. Your body heat will melt the Honey crystals. It's all good!

Used for an open leg wound of 10 years due to poor healing. This has helped keep infection away and promote healing. Am unable to take antibiotics due to allergies. I use this at every dressing change; spread a layer of honey on a 4x4 gauze pad and apply directly to wound. Then cover with other wraps. Needs to be changed daily or every other day. I have not had an infection for 5 years since using the honey.

I know honey crystallizes and typically does not affect the product, but was disappointed that this tube had. Did not like the lumps when applying to my burn. Unfortunately it is not eligible for return. I had purchased a tube of PRI WoundCare last year and did not have this trouble. Not sure if I will try again.

My Mother was using it for a pressure sore. Too sticky and messy.

This product is amazing. I used it on a sore spot left from a biopsy and it helped heal it promptly. I would buy it again.
