Great Family Fun, Solid Build
Ordered the Carrom 415 for my 6 and 10 year olds (and me) for Christmas. We had friends coming over a few days before, so rather than try to assemble at 2am Eve, we gave it to them a few days early. These types of ‘assembly required’ items are notorious for missing parts, and this was missing four washers (one leg’s worth). Because I wasn’t in a 2am panic, I found the same size galvanized and was able to complete the build. I had no issue assembling myself but did need another pair of hands to lift it into the position. After the holidays I called Carrom customer service to replace the 4 washers. The woman was exceptionally helpful and when I mentioned that one of the goalies occasionally got stuck, she talked me through potential causes. It’s a simple adjustment that requires the players and ice surface to be removed. She couldn’t have been more sincerely apologetic and offered a set of painted players for my troubles. As for game play, this thing is an absolute blast. My kids had never played dome hockey and instantly took to it. And it’s one of the few games my wife and two kids and I can play at the same time and have competitive fun. We’ve had friends over and the game is a huge hit for kids and even more for adults. So far, this beats our air hockey table hands down. This table is a beast - heavy and solidly constructed. And for around $6-700, for THIS level of construction - it’s a bargain. Sure it’s not solid hardwood - but it’s also not a $2k+ table. As far as I can tell, the only difference between this and the much more expensive model is adjustable feet, cup holders, and an ice surface that appears to be a more solid material. And in my experience, Carrom customer service and responsiveness has been great. Unless I was willing to spend $300 more for the styrene ice surface, I would purchase this again in a heartbeat.3/2019 5-year Update - Dome hockey still performing with occasional use but it needed its first repair. The batteries corroded and damaged the battery pack. For $10 I ordered a 4-pack of 'Battery Holder Type: 4 X 1.5V AA' on Amazon, the same as the machine BUT with an ON/OFF switch. The OEM pack did not have a switch, and an off switch will help prevent a slow battery drain. I also moved the pack to the upper inside leg w/ a velcro mount for easier access. Still happy with this purchase.

Not a bad Table. A bit overpriced
The table is a nice table but seems overpriced. $700 seems more like a fair point for what you get with this table. The table comes in one big box on a pallet and the legs only need to be installed making setup a breeze. The dome is fully removable so take that off prior to movement. Player movement feels fluid, quick and spin easily however one goalie was way to tight so I had to adjust that. I played a good few hours when my first player broke at the ankle. Definitely a fun game to have and takes way more thought and skill than air hockey. This table has a scoreboard that hangs in the center of the dome which seems like it should be higher because tall players will have to bend down to see past the scoreboard. Once a goal is scored, a player has to manually drop the puck through a hole at the top of the dome which is off centered, leading to odd puck drops. The scoreboard itself is nice but is bare bones with low sound quality, simple goal sounds and although it has 3 periods, it just continually runs through and ends. We found that we were playing long after the game was over because we couldn't hear the end game buzzer.I had to order leg levelers because the table doesn't ship with them. You can see them in the pictures. The stock table just has feet with no adjustments. With the issues I had, the seller was more than helpful to help resolve them, so was Carrom which says a lot for a seller and a company.Pros....-Easy to assemble-Cabinet is sturdy-Controls nicely-Scoreboard with sound is nice-No dead zones where players can't reach the puck-Play is fastCons...-Dome feels cheap and dents easily. It has some areas that are not exactly clear. The wire for the scoreboard is poorly ran down the dome with supplies clips.-Wires just hang underneath the cabinet(had to zip -tie them myself)-Original players will break off at the ankle-The scoreboard sound is not loud enough-The scoreboard interferes with sight for tall players-No off Button-The drop puck hole is off center and leads to odd "faceoffs"-Overall feel is a generic with bare bones blue and red players and no details in the arena like on the goals, boards or ice.

Great item. Great seller
Fun game. Easy to assemble. Dome gets marked up with puck and a bit distorted but lots of fun.

Electronics broke after a couple of years
Our family absolutely loved this game and was addicted to it for awhile. About 3 years after purchasing however, the electronics began to malfunction. The game would come on randomly, wouldn't record scores and/or would not come on at all. We ended up removing the batteries but it took a bit of the fun out of the game. I've written and called Carrom several times to get a replacement electronics piece but they don't respond at all. Carrom simply doesn't care.

Good value alternative to other options
Being a third of the price of other bubble hockey tables, I adjusted my expectations for durability etc. Notable differences include: the dome is thin and there's no "crowd noise" or automatic puck return (you drop it in from the top of the dome). Other than that the game play is quality/normal and a lot of fun. I have three young kids which can be rough on toys (hence why I wanted to invest $1k instead of $3k+) and I didn't experience a broken player until almost 6 weeks into playing. I contacted Carrom and they immediately sent me a full set of 12 back up players free of charge. (+ they reached out about three weeks after delivery to check on how things were going). In my opinion I'd much rather pay 30% as much vs other options to get 80% of the function and I'm happy to replace a player here or there (only takes a couple mins).

Super fun bubble hockey table
This was exactly what we were looking for! It’s just like the ones at the rink growing up- and crazy easy to assemble to boot. The seller reached out promptly about shipping and was a pleasure to deal with. Huge hit for an Xmas gift!

Carron stick hockey table
Easy to assemble and arrived on time for my son's birthday! Awesome gift for sure! Battery powered so nothing to run a cord to plug in.

That was not clear in the photos and I was a little disappointed when I saw that
The dome is plastic and has some inconsistencies in the material that make it hard to have a clear vision to game play. It came with a scratch on the base of the dome that doesn't necessarily stand out but nonetheless. One of the goalies sticks to the right and is not a smooth side to side motion. The score clock has a wire that you must feed on the inside of the dome into a hole to a battery pack. That was not clear in the photos and I was a little disappointed when I saw that. Kids love it and other than those flaws it brings back the old memories from back in the day. I wouldn't want to deal with having to package and return such a large item so I have to accept the condition it came in.

Nice table for the price
Really like the table, unfortunately the dome came with pitted marks or small bubbles and the cable clamps (item 11 in the instructions were missing).I will update to 5 stars as soon as those arrive in good condition.
