The media could not be loaded. As a certified personal trainer and YMCA employee who has been lifting for more than 5 years I see a lot of injuries. The 2 biggest ones at the gym are:1. Rotator Cuffs2. Knee painThe issue is that when you are using a leg press machine, when you lock out your legs at the top of the movement it puts ALL the weight directly on your knees/ankles/and joints. Never lock out. You should always keep a slight bend in your knees and then continue with the movement. Remember it's 1 set of 10 reps, not 10 sets of 1 rep! Anyways, to get to my point, there is a reverse in direction at the bottom of your squat/ leg press that is also very hard on your joints which is where knee wraps and sleeves come in handy. Rather than having a slow grind through the bottom of the movement, it gives you a slight and controlled 'bounce'.I received the medium pair and they fit just as expected. Very tight and a bit tricky to get on.** Put them on inside out, roll them up just below your kneecap.. then flip them rightside up! Easy Peezy!The quality itself seems very good and study, and the package states that there is a '1 year no rip warranty'. Trust me when I say that in the next few months I will be putting these things to the ultimate test! I don't think i'll have any problem though! They seem like they're quality material vs a lot of other wraps on the market. Great work Clever Yellow!Lastly, I'll state that I enjoy these a lot more than knee wraps which either completely cut off my blood circulation or are loose and fall off after 1 set. These go on, stay on, and are tight enough to give a decent amount of spring to get through the bottom of the movement and save your knees!*Disclaimer: I received this product in exchange for my honest review. Was shocked to see there was only one but it does say SINGLE on the pic. Only thing I would suggest is to include in title to reduce confusion. With that out of the way, I gotta say I enjoy this knee pad very much. I went for a trip out of country and knew I would be walking a lot and with my recent knee issues I decided to give these a try. I went with Medium size and was a little worried it would be too tight but I made the right choice. Good fit, not loose at all but not overly tight. Definitely helped me in my trip and I felt no pain at all. Only minor issue is after hours of walking, you will have to readjust but just a minor issue. Would highly recommend

Looks like 2 in the pic right? They continually pluralize sleeveS throughout? In the question & answer it was replied that 2 come in a pack?WRONG! Only one lone sleeve... my fault for not seeing at the VERY end of the LONG description of misleading pluralized nouns that it says 1 sleeve pack?? I mean even saying PACK leads you to think there’s more than 1 right? However, the quality seems well made & i like how it feels when i tried it on. We’ll see how it does after a few workouts. The measurements they provided were good so be sure to measure twice order once! Just not a fan of the trickery.

I got this for squatting and it works great and the price is reasonable for a pair. I recommend this for using for any weight-training exercises such as squat, dead-lift, clean and press, and anything that stresses your knees. I would not recommend this for running since the material is pretty thick, get a thinner one for running and basketball.

Great knee sleeves, especially for the price.If you look at the variety of 7mm knee sleeves offered, they are all manufactured in the same cut. The difference is the logo printed on the outside. These particular sleeves are a KILLER deal!!!I got tired of wrestling my TK knee sleeves on, as the neoprene was uncovered and that made it almost impossible to get on without hassle. These have a fabric covering on the inside that makes sliding them on a breeze.The sizing is spot on, as they are not loose or too tight. If I need a tigher knee sleeve, I will bust out the wraps. I will definitely buy again.

Good product just not as much support as I expected for squats. Probably be fine for light crossfit type activities but not recommended for lifting heavy weight.

pros: ever since I started wearing these during my workouts ice been pain free!!! the tightness is just right. the material is great ! it does not move while working out . It stays in place . And a big plus since the logo is black like the knee band so you cant see it at all . Great buy for the price! highly recomend. for those who gave a bad rating because they thought they where a pair the description does say single .!cons: none
