Not the quality I would expect for the money
While the frames look relatively nice, there are some obviously cheap aspects: the backs of the frames that hold the photos in are literally corrugated cardboard, and the burlap ribbon is extremely thin. Also the wood had some splintering pieces coming off the back. The cardboard backs look like they were cut from a cardboard box and all 3 were too loose for the frame. I've bought frames at places like Walmart for $10 that have actual frame backs in them (and glass), so I think this seller is cutting corners. And I get that big box stores can buy supplies in bulk to help make things cheaper, but if I can get an 8x10 frame with glass from Walmart for $10, I think it's reasonable to expect my three 5x7 frames that I bought for $50 to have actual frame backs on them. I bought these for my first wedding anniversary gift and only spent this much because I wanted the frames to last a long time, so I'm worried they won't.Additionally, the burlap ribbon is really thin (I'm worried it won't hold up over time), and it actually covers the middle frame on the back. I bought the vertical-horizontal-vertical one, and the horizontal frame has the burlap going across in a way that blocks you from taking the back of the frame out/putting a photo in. I had to carefully slide the cardboard out from under the burlap ribbon and carefully slide my photo in under it. It's not designed very well.

Nice frame for gifting, overpriced
I got this to put 3 pictures of my baby into, as a gift for her grandparents. I love that it's made in the US, and that it's reclaimed barnwood. However, like other reviewers said, it's a bit overpriced. The quality is good but not totally exceptional. All of the wood matches and looks nice. The backing is cardboard, which in my opinion really doesn't matter because who sees that? One of the pieces of glass had kind of a funny edge like it wasn't a clean cut. Again, no biggie as totally invisible once pictures are in place. What did bother me was that after I got all the pictures in and secure, there were tiny bits of wood and debris from the hanging material sandwiched in between the glass and the pictures. I had to take them all out, clean everything off, and put them back in. And as other reviewers mentioned, the landscape ones are difficult to manuver because of the hanging material being in the way. It is also a little delicate, so kind of of a pain.Once the glass was clean and the pictures were in place, I was quite pleased. It looks really nice. Other reviews mentioned the hanging material being torn, but I had no issues and that part looked really nice also. Grandparents absolutely loved their gift and grandma was taking it around the house to show everyone.I'm really glad I got this and didn't cheap out at my local chain craft/framing store like I almost did. They had not one real wood frame and nothing close to what I wanted with the connected 5x7's like this. All in all, it's a good purchase, just a tad overpriced. I think around 40 dollars would have been reasonable.

Pretty frames!
So here’s the deal. The burlap straps that hold the frames together were all kinds of tattered and ripped. It just wasn’t going to work to hang it like that. However, the frames were so pretty, and for a three pack, the price was still good, so I went out and spent another $2-$3 on little brackets so I could bolt them together. Could I have contacted the seller and requested replacement or a refund? Absolutely! They had contacted me by email encouraging me to do so if I had any problems. I thought about it, but didn’t feel like going through the time or effort it would take to box them up and drop them off and knew that I could modify them slightly for next to nothing and get something I still liked a lot. These frames really are quite pretty and I have no problems with how this whole thing played out. If your straps tear and you are so inclined, it’s a quick and easy fix to get some pretty frames that are very reasonably priced!

Wood doesn't match :/
Everything is great on this frame except the three pieces are wood are all different textures and the bottom frame is a lot darker than the top two. The top two frames are grey and the bottom one is dark brown. It looks very mismatched. I know it says color may very but this is a very obvious difference.Just looked into returning it as defective and apparently there's a 20% restocking fee so I guess I'm getting used to it!

Great Product/ Happy Customer.
I really really like these frames. I was hesitant because some of the reviews made them sound like they weren’t quality. I think they are. They give a rustic feel. The are unfinished wood, and I love that they have different options for the frame display. Someone also mentioned difficulty getting photos in and out because of the burlap connector, I don’t think it will be a problem. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Looks good, extra work and difficulty in design
I love the look of this frame and needed the mismatch of landscape and portrait, but I was disappointed to find only plane white cardboard backs...my photos are 4×6 so I will have to buy some black paper or something. Also the center frame is really difficult to put a picture in because of the ribbon like rope that connects the frames together. I won't return the item, but I would not recommend buying this frame for a family memeber or friend.

Bad quality. Poorly packaged.
Arrived with one frame broken due to poor packaging. Wood on the frame falling apart. Flimsy cardboard on the back of each frame. This is expensive and is very low quality.
