Knightsbridge 230V LED Under Cabinet Light -Chrome 3000K

Purchased to replace some halogen fittings and they are perfect. East to fit and good clean light.

All worked well and easy to install ,arrived on time

Mounted lamp in a corner display cabinet, works a treat, very happy with product.

I’ve just installed 3 of these to replace halogen down lighters that were forever failing. Note that these are class 1 with three wires, so need an earth connection. They seem robust and with a 1.2m cable, are fairly easy to install.

Good for the price, and contrary to another review (perhaps the spec has now improved), the supplied attached insulated length of cable now includes Live Neutral and Earth/Ground. The light is not as bright as I had hoped but it’s not dim either. Instructions for surface mount fitting could be clearer. There is no information about how to separate the two parts before screwing the back plate to the surface. It prizes apart at the lighted end circumference rim. No problems otherwise and quite smart chrome fixture. Just wish it were a bit brighter for display cabinet use. I bought the Warm White, but maybe should have gone with the Cool option? Is it brighter, or just a tone difference?

Easy to install though I had to find a plug to attach (does it say in the instructions that there’s no plug? Can’t remember). Anyway it seems to be a good fit in my cabinet. The paperwork which is in the box says it has a 3 year guarantee. Seems reasonable for the price. Power lead could have been a little longer
