plants arrived well. well packed but i think not enough roots. plants have died. plants are potted inside 72 degrees. its very cold in INDIANAPOLS she wants to see picture of DEAD PLANTS. My cell phone will not take pictures and I am not computer and cell person. I am senior and I liveBY MY SELF. If she does not believe me, I will take a loss. She should not sell tropical plant to cold winter places. I learned a lesson , I should nothave purchased betel leaf plant in winter. I should have wiaited for spring

I had it delivered on 1st and was not aware that it was in my mail box. It was so well protected and safe that it was intact with good roots. If they dont survive it must be because of the weather in north east. I have potted them and watered them. Sophia did an amazing job in packing and shipping. The plants roots were sturdy too. I might suggest that a little bit of soil with the roots might be good too.
