Great product
Works very well! Everything came packaged very neatly. The pump worked just fine. The ball seems to be holding air very well and has a soft outer coating. I would highly recommend this item.

A Great Adjunct to Physical Therapy
My wife purchased this pilates ball to help with therapeutic exercises. It is soft, nonlatex and therefore allergy free, and does not get dirty. It is easy to use and helps strengthen targeted muscles. It comes with a straw so you can inflate it easily as well.

Great Quality
It’s clearly durable and at a fair price. It’s very easy to inflate but putting in without letting air escape was a different story! I finally got the air in and starting using it. I would recommend it based on the quality and price.

Fabulous for use as a posture ball
great for posture, holds air well, price is great. I under inflate this ball and use it when working between me and the chair back. It stops me from slouching and helps protect me from tweaking my back.

Difficult to inflate
This ball is of reasonable quality -- BUT it is very difficult to inflate. This ball is designed to be blown up by mouth using a plastic straw (included) and then quickly plugged with a small plastic plug (also included). It is very difficult to plug the ball quickly enough to retain desired air pressure inside this ball.

Ich habe den ProBody Pilates Ball für mein Home-Workout und Physiotraining gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden. Der Ball hat genau die richtige Größe und Festigkeit – weich genug, um angenehm zu sein, aber stabil genug für Übungen für Bauch, Rücken, Beine und Gleichgewicht. Besonders bei Pilates- und Stabilitätsübungen merkt man schnell den Effekt. Die Muskulatur wird gezielt aktiviert, und man kann viele Übungen intensiver gestalten. Auch für Dehnübungen oder zur Entlastung des Rückens ist er super geeignet. Der Ball lässt sich leicht aufblasen, hält die Luft gut und ist klein genug, um ihn überall mitzunehmen. Preis-Leistung wirklich top – klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die ihr Training abwechslungsreicher machen wollen!
