I usually do not buy electronics. This purchase was a great choice. It came with many QR codes to lead you to all the information you need for this gimble. They provided instructions, many videos, and all the help you need to use this gimble. the product is very sturdy but light to handle. For this item the price was great. It contained all of the cords needed for charging. When using it for the first time, it was easy to connect to my iPhone's Bluetooth. The osmo 7 is very compact and also has an extension on it. As for the purpose of it, yes it does stabilize the videos and photos and the quality is right on point.

I have had the 7th generation DJI Osmo Mobile gimbal, known as the 7P, and I can confidently say it's the most significant advancement in any generation of DJI gimbals I've experienced. The best part is that it allows you to enjoy most of the benefits of tracking without being restricted to DJI's app. DJI wisely chose to invest in a hardware solution for tracking, resulting in the impressive 7P.With the 7P, I can use other high-quality video recording apps on my iPhone, such as the Blackmagic Camera or Kino, while still taking full advantage of the gimbal’s features. Additionally, it integrates seamlessly with DJI's lineup of microphones, which has greatly simplified my rig setup. I no longer have to deal with a tangle of wires and other peripherals. This simplification is crucial; the more straightforward your rig is, the more likely you are to use it.Compared to the previous version, the 7P maintains all the functionality that made its predecessor great while being more compact. The stand is now built directly into the handle, eliminating one more part that could be lost.As a leader in gimbals, DJI has consistently delivered rock-solid stabilization, and you can purchase this product with confidence, knowing there’s no compromise in that aspect. Personally, I haven't experienced any issues with battery life, as I can leave the gimbal on for hours without problems. If you're considering this purchase, I don't think you'll regret it.

Works perfectly most of the time, but sometimes, when using the module for the person tracking function, the gimble loses strenght and the phone ends up pointing towards the floor. It only happened twice, but still, it should never happen.

works great. I am very happy with battery life. Many great features. Not thrilled with the app pop ups. There will be pop ups while recording that appear on your screen. Annoying. The physical gimbal is bad ass and I really like it. Works perfectly with the DJI micro 2 mics I have. Face tracking will crush battery life of phone and gimbal.

I love it. It is not heavy to me. It allows me to have better videos by keeping the phone more stable than by hand. It is compact and folds up and stored in its own container. It has a lot of functions that I am still learning. Overall, this is a great product and worth the price. The targeting is awesome.

This is my third DJI mobile gimbal, and they continue to get better. I’ll assume you have some basic familiarity with gimbals. On top of the basics, which this works well at, you now have pass through charging, the ability to connect a wireless mic, and AI tracking. I’ll be honest I’m not using the tracking yet. But the other features are a great improvement over the prior generations in a package that continues to be lightweight and high-performance. Highly recommend recommended.

Amazingly strong yet smooth! This is the new standard for phone gimbals. I've tried it with both an iPhone 13 Pro and a Samsung Galaxy Fold Z. Although I will say with the Fold (and a rather bulky case), it seems the motor on the hinge did feel a little warm to the touch, so I assume that the phone with the case might have been at the very top of the weight limit for this gimbal. However, it still worked just fine. Add a DJI Mic Mini or two and you've got a super easy and compact video setup! Highly recommended, if you're looking for a phone gimbal, this is the one you want. Going to try using either an action cam or a smaller point and shoot camera with this soon, I'm sure it would still work!
