Love this much more than I thought I would
I was looking for a way to care for my back while On the road and therefore nowhere near my chiropractor. This helps. More than I thought it would. Be gentle with the traction piece as I have ended up sore by doing the entire automated cycle. But that might also be because I’m shorter than average. I use it on the bed and with the little platform it works fine.

Works fine.
Great product, but.... There is a small node in the center of the pad. Pokes into my spine and I find it quite annoying. Dont see the reason for that. Otherwise its a great product.

Fantastic!
I have had back issues my whole life which left me in a lot of pain. This helps everything to relax so I can function during the day and get better sleep at night.

Too short, and not enough power
I had another one of these - that was somehow lost in a move. My other one was at least 4-5 inches wider, and the massage, heat, and traction functions were much better, so much more effective in relieving lower back pain. This one is just too short (I'm not sure who it fit well, as I'm a thin person), and not strong enough. Sadly, I had to return it.

Don't bother if you have extreme pain
I have extreme sciatic, hip, and lower back pain and I was looking for some relief ... there just wasn't any. I used it for weeks in hopes that it would do something, but in the end I was just in more pain than before.
