Topper and Mixer- perfect use
The latest bag I bought of this freeze dried topper had a good number of chunks. The chunks are used for small training sessions and our dogs go nuts for them. Once we get to the bottom of the bag, there is quite a bit of powder from the breakage of the larger chunks. The powder is a great food topper. We haven't had any dogs turn their noses from our Buckley treats. If you're opposed to the fine powder, buy in store. It's really a toss up to know if you're going to get solid chunks or fine powders. We've had a mix of both bags when we order these treats (they're a household staple).

The best so far!
I just tried this product for the first time tonight. My picky, laa-tee-daa, Cavalier Spaniel show dogs went crazy for this food! They have actually gotten tired of the fresh raw food I've fed them the past few years, I bought them some freeze-dried raw. They adore this brand! <3

Does not work well for my dog!
I bought a cheaper brand of the freeze dried dog food and tried the Buckley Liberty Dog. Following the transition of the feeds my dog has vomited each meal. I am not certain what is so different but clearly something does not sit well with my 14 pound bichon frise male dog. I’ve had to cut the nuggets up since many of them are stuck together and they’re huge chunks. I wasted $29. I’m going back to the more expensive brand. What a waste!

Great for training treats
Both of my dogs are a huge fan! My only complaint is there is a bit of a smell to them that is especially strong when you open the bag. The dogs sure do not seem to mind though! I will be adding these to their rotation as supplement food as well as training treats.

Dogs love it
I use it as a topping for their food. They really love it. It is kind of pricey but it lasts me a whole month or more because it is just a topping.

Made her sick
On the third day of eating this as a topper, she vomited after eating this product. She also had diarrhea. I stopped giving this to her.

Picky "puppy" likes it!! (12yo GSD "puppy")
Expensive, but picky dog likes it! With his age I'm noticing reactions and lack of interest in previously enjoyed, minimal ingredient foods. He doesn't care for raw food (!!??!!) but is liking these freeze dried variations. Since I can't freeze dry at home, i'll probably purchase in rotation
