Update 2-9-26. I have slept on these now for a few days and I can tell you these pillows are the one. They are plump and full with excellent support, can’t feel any quills whatsoever, and no down or feather loss of any kind. Sure, you can buy the more expensive pillows, but this one was engineered perfectly!! It’s all down and feather no feather fiber fill. And no quills!!!! And the outward core is all down. I’m just so glad I found these pillows and didn’t even pay full price- these will be the ones I take when traveling, or anywhere I’m away from home. I can’t even fathom why annyone would send them back but if it got me andiscoun, then so be it and thank you!! So soft and guehy, yet cradling!! Don’t hesitate get them!!! Update- got my second set in-purchased from the Amazon warehouse that were rated in very good condition. I saw one reviewer said these were hard- to each his own but you can see in my video and decide for yourself. I personally think this is the most supportive pillow, yet is so soft and mushy, you can cradle your head, neck and shoulders beautifully into it. These were in new condition- even better than the first ones stated used like new! Don’t hesitate to buy the returned ones- you get a great pillow and a great deal to boot!! I absolutely dread pillow shopping. Especially online because you’re not able to look nor feel what you’re shopping for. And I am the pickiest person when it comes to my bedding, and I don’t apologize for it. I want the 4-5* hotel experience every time I go to bed, and because of this it cost money. You can spend hundreds of dollars just for one good pillow, and it not even be that comfortable. I’ve always loved the way down and feather conform to your head and neck so this is my go to choice. Pacific coast has made the best pillows and down blankets for yrs. I also sleep in one of their down and feather featherbeds and it’s like heaven!!! The reviewer that said these felt like rock hard is crazy! This predominantly down pillows feel so soft and gushy!!! They must just have buyers remorse or something cause that is not even close to an accurate description of these voluptuous pillows!!! Anyway, these particular pillows are the absolute best and most comfortable ones I’ve ever found!! I’ve paid more and I’ve paid less. These are my holy grail of pillows and I hope they never stop making this exact one. And listen, if you want to save some money don’t be afraid to buy the returned ones that come from Amazon warehouse. (Can’t even understand why someone would return this great pillow) These are normally 144.00 fo 2 kings. I got the first set for 83.00 and loved them so much I ordered another set at 73.00! After trying these though I’d pay 144.00, they're that good!!! I pulled them out of the box, gave them a good shaking, and put them in the dryer. They filled out bigtime- they are filled with 53oz of down and feather, but mostly down it feels like. The outer shell is full of soft down and I can’t feel absolutely any quills- zero. The outside shell of the pillow is high thread silky soft downproof cotton. Also no weird or gross smells. Pacific coast is known to hyper clean all their down products. A lot of the higher end hotels use pacific coast pillows. Hilton etc. let’s talk about sleep though. Wowza these give you a beautiful nights sleep. It cradles and supports my neck and head perfectly so I don’t wake up with any cramping or catches in my neck. These don’t go flat- they are perfectly filled. Lots of thought went into the design of it. After all the pillows and money I have spent, I would, without a doubt, call this the Goldilocks of bed pillows!!! Treat yourself to some high quality, higher end pillows from a name you can trust!

I really like the three-chamber design of this pillow. It gives you the best of both worlds by feeling soft and comfortable on the outside while still providing enough support underneath. It doesn’t feel like my head sinks straight through it, which has been an issue with other pillows I’ve tried. The quality feels excellent, and it has that luxurious hotel feel. If you’re looking for a pillow that’s plush without sacrificing support, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a try.

These are very well-made pillows. However I am a side sleeper and the edge of the pillow where my neck lays would get thin during the night. The filling seemed to navigate to the top of the pillow during the night. I would highly recommend them if you are a back sleeper, they are comfortable and cup your head. They also didn't hold heat. They are well made pillows, they were just not a good fit for me. I did return them.

I bought Pacific Coast pillows from Costco years ago, but forgot the name. I was recently looking at feather pillows on the Costco website and one of the reviewers mentioned that they weren't the quality of Pacific Coast. After googling the name....I was back to Amazon. These pillows are the best. I've slept so good the last four days. These pillows are the best. So much cooler than the Sealy pillows I was using.

These are good pillows but I think it will take a while to break them in. I bought least filled because I like flatter softer pillows but they are really full and firm. I think the pillows are sturdy and will last for years they are a good buy. But, they are not as comfortable as I would have hoped right out of the box, especially for the price. Also if you put a pillow protector on them they get even harder. If you punch them down they do flatten out somewhat. They do not have any sort of smell and there aren't any feathers sticking out of the case so there is no poking. If they were just more comfortable these pillows would get a 5. I bought another set for 21.00 each that are a little flatter and otherwise feel the same as these. I am keeping these but I would think twice about buying them again... Flatness: Online and on Amazon it said they were flat and comfortable but not so much 3 months in and these pillows are still not broken in too tall and hard. I even ordered the flat ones and still not comfortable i have to really press down hard on them to get them flat enough to sleep on. I am developing a constant pain in my neck due to these pillows and for the price they shouldn't suck this much. Got my son one of those 19.00 goose down pillows and it's a lot more comfortable than these. $100.00 usd down the drain don't buy these if you like comfortable soft flat feather pillows

The pillows are nice and they are comfy. However, they are not firm nor are they comfortable for sleeping in my personal opinion. I spend most of the night fighting to rearrange it. My fiance loves his but it's a no for me 😔

These pillows are comfortable and have more of that hotel-style feel than a basic pillow. They’re soft, but still have enough support that they don’t go completely flat right away. I like that the set comes with two, and they fit standard pillowcases well. They do need a little fluffing here and there, but overall they feel nice and make the bed feel more put together. They were packaged extremely well, as fitting for a high quality item

These pillows are very hard. I'm a side sleeper and they give me ear pain and a slight headache because they are so hard. They are lofty and provide support for my neck and shoulders, but I can't stand the ear pain that lasts for hours after I wake up. It's disappointing because I thought these chamber pillows would be comfortable like the ones found in hotels. They are well constructed, but don't provide much comfort. If you need a soft pillow plus support, you should probably look elsewhere.

Excellent quality! Great support, especially for a back and side sleep! Very comfortable, love that they hold there form as well!

A pillow story. I have an injured neck and require firm support yet soft pillow to alleviate pressure. I bought a double down surround pillow in 2018 and instantly had pain relief. I took my pillow everywhere with me and accidentally left it in a hotel. I tried to order another and learned they were out of stock. No lie. I must have tried more than 20 other pillows and none of them compared. I tried super expensive feather to cheap alternative stuffing, memory foam and even latex. My closet is full of pillows that I would never be able to sleep on. Other feather pillows did not have the same recipe for comfort and support. The name of the pillow was updated, yet the description of pillow in pillow design seemed similar. I took a last chance to buy yet another set of pillows. I’m so glad I did because the quality is the very same! In fact I gave the second pillow to my husband who complained his neck was sore and even he was surprised how over night his pain was gone. We sleep so well. Thank you for maintaining the quality of your pillows. Please don’t change a thing. They are perfect.
