Crown Mark Hall Tree, Cherry

It took me about a month of research to finally order this coat rack. I wasn't looking for anything crazy. I just wanted something simple and functional that looked nice in the corner of the room. Im the type of person that reads everyones reviews and make a purchase based on them.The GoodSet up was simple and it took only 5 min if that. No tools were needed.Color is and finish is nice.When i saw the box it came in i got a little worried it would be small. But it stands fairly tall.Im about 5'11Its pretty sturdy, No wobble in the legs.The Not so goodAmazon packaging was good, but not the manufacture packaging. I had a few nicks on the base from where the wood hit each other. ( you don't even notice from far)The coat rack isn't perfectly straight if you look at it as a pool stick q. ( only notice when i was putting it together)For 27 bucks you cant got wrong with this coat rack. I would buy it again and recommend for you to purchase. Im very picky and this worked out well for me. I still gave this product 5 stars.

This is the easiest "some assembly required" that I have ever experienced. It takes longer to unpackage everything than to actually assemble this. I love the espresso color option - it matches all of my other my other furniture and has a more modern look about it than the other designs offered.I must confess that I have now purchased two of these coat racks. I had the first for over a year and it even survived a move. There was an incident a few weeks ago where a folding table ended up falling onto the (empty) coat rack and knocking it over. When it fell, one of the legs splintered and detached from the base and one of the hooks split off as well. I can see other reviews that indicate similar issues, but I consider this to have been a fluke situation. The original coat rack took more than a few tumbles when we overloaded it with coats and weren't careful about balancing out the weight. Usually I would set it back upright, rearrange a few things, everything would be fine.In other words, I don't think that this is an indestructible coat rack, but I do think that it is reasonably well constructed, good looking, and a great deal when you consider that it costs less than $30.

I love the contemporary look of this hall tree. It was very easy to put together, too, and it's more sturdy than a lot of the hall trees I've seen. As with any hall tree, it's best to try to balance what you hang on it, but I've got two of the legs pushed up against the wall to stabilize it even better than just standing it out in the floor. There is a little cap that you screw in to the bottom of the pole when you've put the legs into their slots that keeps them from sliding out and being unsteady. It doesn't screw on quite enough to hide the screw completely, but you don't see it unless you are looking at it down at the floor. (Nobody would notice, in other words.) I really love it. And the price was right, too. I've seen much crummier hall trees priced almost as much at the thrift store.

My house has been over-run by bags and coats. None of us seem capable of using the hall closet to hang up our coats this winter so I knew I had to do something! This simple coat rack is the answer I was looking for. It's very basic, no fills, it's nice and sleek and fits very well into the decor of my home. Putting the tree together took about 5 minutes. It was a matter of screwing each part together. No tools needed. It feels very sturdy and is easily holding all of our coats as well as backpacks and bags. I have no worries this will tip over.The reason I rated this four stars is based on the two imperfections in the finish (see images) of the tree. Other than those imperfections I am very happy with my purchase.

I didn't think a product like this needed a review. It seems like it would be a simple thing you buy, set up, and forget about. Well, that's exactly what I did without any problems. Then I purchased a second coat rack from Amazon that was twice the price. I thought I would get an even nicer one. That did not happen. The more expensive one was complicated to put together, did not come with all the parts, was banged up when I received it, and had to be sent back. So, Kudos to you guys for getting this one right. I just ordered another one.

l was using this coat rack for two months with fall jackets and it was holding up fine. I live in Chicago so now that the winter months have settled in, the coat rack could not hold up to multiple heavy down and wool winter coats. It tipped over based on uneven weight distribution and after two tips, one of the legs snapped.For the price, it is not a bad product if you plan on using it for lighter jackets, but I am investing in a more sturdy coat rack for heavy winter coats. It looks nice and the espresso color is as pictured. Assembly was very easy.

I bought 2 of these. They were the best thing I could find to accommodate my simplistic decor preferences, and lucky for me, they were also right on target for price! I purchased these around 6 months ago and have one in my entryway for coats and hats, and the other in the bedroom for clothes that are clean enough to be re-worn. The assembly was easy and self-explainatory. I didn't even need to glance at the instructions. I only knocked over the one by the entryway once when it was overloaded with coats and hoodies and I was frantically rushing out the door- totally my fault. These are great, look nice, easy to assemble, help keep me organized, and they were right on target for price!

I absolutely love this hat/coat rack. It is a beautifully colored dark espresso that will also go with cherry wood colored furniture. I really like the fact that the top swivels to accommodate various sizes of hats and jackets. This thing required almost no time to assemble, and appears to be of very high quality. This is a great hat rack to help felt hats maintain their shape and keep them ready for use. I have mine behind my bedroom door and had to argue with my wife about where it would be placed. She told me I was stuck in the 80's, but I really don't care :) If you are looking for a high quality, versatile, and inexpensive hat rack, search no more.
