I got this steamer iron after two of my fellow theatre costumers recommended it. Can't speak highly enough of it! It's portable, lightweight enough without being chintzy, heats up very quickly, and works really well. The iron plate gives it a little extra oomph behind the seam when you need it - it takes wrinkles out of even very stubborn fabric. It's also useful for smaller things that need to be ironed as the iron plate is much smaller than a standard iron. The first one I received had a defect and didn't work correctly but the company replaced it through Amazon without any fuss. My new one has worked great. It's not only my go-to for theatre wardrobe care but at home too. Definitely worth the price paid!

I used this while staying in an Airbnb. It was amazing for how good it worked. It was quick to heat up & one pass over the linen shirt was absolutely enough. Its great quality! I used mine today (the day I received it) & I couldn't be happier. I've owned cheaper ones that spit water & make a mess, but this one does not. No water spitting out or leaking at all. Nice even steam. I would buy again. Note, I use only bottled water to avoid buildup of minerals that are in tap water.

It is simple to operate. The steamer function in combination with the brush works better than a simple lint brush as it avoids the formation of static electricity.

This is the absolute best quality portable steamer I've ever used! It is easy to use, zero learning curve...make sure you use distilled water in it to ensure longevity...it looks, feels, and performs 'high-end', and it's portable! Just throw it in your suitcase and you never have to worry about wrinkles in your clothes again! It is not lightweight, cheap plastic like most portable units, it is fairly weighty, yet easy and comfortable to manipulate. You look at it and hold it and right off the bat you know it's a quality piece of merchandise. I could not live without it now that I have it. Purchase a steamer/ironing mitt to go with because you can use it as an iron as well! You don't have to say goodbye to those creases you love because you can still make them easily with your mitt. I was so tickled pink to find out I could use this on my satin pieces of clothing, without destroying them...no drenching either, just 'b-bye wrinkles'! You will not have buyers remorse if you purchase this, only remorse if you pass this by! Overall, a GREAT steamer for a GREAT price!

I was super excited to get this steamer but once I went to try it out it got very hot in my hand while first time use and it wasn’t puffing a lot of steam out like I seen in videos and other reviews. So I assumed I got a “dud”.I called Amazon and they were wonderful! They sent a replacement steamer the very next day! But again I was very disappointed with the replacement product. It still didn’t have a good amount of steam coming out. And it spit hot water the very first time I tried it as well as dripped hot water onto my toes. I know it’s not supposed to do that and there’s no way I’m keeping this product even though I love the design and concept of it. I just wished it would work properly as it describes. I’m very disappointed with having 2 steamers that are malfunctioned. I had such high hopes with all the good reviews and took my chances. Both steamers are being returned for full refund. I love amazon though! and they have great customer service! But I will have to buy a different steamer from another brand.

I have had one of these steamers for more than two years. Still works like new. I bought a couple for two of my granddaughters about the same time. They love them. Big plus for them, the garment can lay flat or hang up to be steamed. I just bought one for another granddaughter. It is a bit heavy but not bad. I think it is a little too big for travel because it is beefy. Well made. The best is that it heats up very fast and gets the job done in short order. Certainly worthy a tryout.
