The product comes with a super extensive, detailed instruction. However, it does not come with English translation!In light of other reviews where people burned their hair and scalp using it, it seems really important to be well informed on how to use the product. Contrary to the seller's response nothing useful comes up on Youtube! Please translate the instruction on the box or give a refund!

I’m Asian with naturally pin straight hair. I got a perm to make my hair curly 7 months ago and bc my hair was growing out, the top of my head was straight and the bottom of my hair was still very curly. It looked bad and I didn’t want to spend 600+ dollars on getting a straight perm so I tried this product. It worked, my hair is a lot straighter now. The only reason it’s 4 stars, not 5, is bc it did have a smell similar to box hair dye, some of my hair did fall out similar to using box hair dye, and it’s not as straight and silky as getting a magic straight perm. I would recommend it if you want a cheaper quick fix for curly hair you’re trying to straighten.

I have very thin and soft hair, and a little sweating from the scalp can ruin my hair style easily if no hair spray is used. So I wanted to try something permanent.This only worked for my most straight part of my hair, my really curled parts are by the ear and the neck, and they seemed to be straightened a little, but not as what it performed in the tutorial videos on YouTube.
