Q: Are these heavy? Also how easy is the button to use? My gran had bad arthritis in her hands so has little strength.

I also have weak hands and find these easy to use. However, filling them is tricky but I get my son to do it, apart from that they are great.

Q: Do they come with a guarantee? My last set lasted less than a year.

No, they just drop bits on your worktop!

Q: Where do the batteries go when you need to replace?

The Stainless top twists off and you can replace the AAA Batteries. Just place the top back over with the button over the contact plate next to the batteries and twist shut. Very easy to do.
