Update - Works great!
Update - The seller contacted me about the drill bits. They said I may have received a defective set. They sent me a new set and it worked perfectly. That is why I have changed my review from one star to five stars.Previous review - I tried to cut a single 8mm hole in a glass jar. All of the abrasive material came off the bit after about 2 min. Used water and still did not work.

You get what you pay for
Bottom line, they work but will not last...I guess fifteen diamond bits of any kind can only be so inexpensive and as compared to many, these are inexpensive but they are barely OK. As compared to another bit in the same size range I have, they are thin and clearly not made anywhere near as well. Most important is they will not last for many holes. I used one yesterday to drill one 'fairly deep' hole and I would say that at least half the diamond coating is already gone. This as compared to that other bit which has been used 30 or so times and still has lots of life.I also checked each drill bit and many are slightly out of round - The shafts are not accurately mounted. If you position the bit very close to the chuck, that will often make things somewhat better. So for one-off tasks and small projects these are OK but don't consider them to be a long term investment.

Amazing Value; Cuts Porcelain, Ceramic, Glass, Clay With Ease
I have recently gained an interest in planting succulents into different kinds of pots and this set of drill bits (hole saws) has tremendously helped me in drilling drainage holes on porcelain, ceramic, glass and clay pots. It has been about a month since I started using the bits and they are still going strong. I have drilled at least two hundred holes in different types of materials with more to go. Here are some tips on how you can get the most out of this product.1. Wear safety glasses and gloves.2. Lubricate as you drill. The holes will be cleaner and you don't have to worry about dust.3. Start at a 45-degree angle and let the saw cut into the surface. As soon as the saw starts to cut, slowly adjust the angle such that the bit is perpendicular to the surface you're cutting.4. Apply very little force. Let the saw do the cutting.5. Take your time, start slow and be patient. You're working with material that could potentially break and may cause injury.6. If you have a variable speed drill, start at a slow speeds. Only increase speed when you become comfortable with the process.I have purchased similar saws from Harbor Freight, QEP, Milwaukee and Bosch and this set easily beats all of them in terms of value. When used properly, they will last longer.Do keep in mind that these are bits. Just like other bits, they will wear out with time.I purchased this product when there was not a single review. I'm hoping that this review will help other Amazon shoppers. I will be purchasing this again when my set is fully spent.

Fragile
The diamond part of the bit functions well, however the fitting is too thin and snapped on multiple pieces after a short amount of time. Replacing that with a more traditional fitting has allowed for continued use.

No center point. Need to make sure you undertand how to use them.
Drilling holes while using glass accent tile in a shower. They look pretty good quality but have not actually used them yet. Used them to drill thru half inch cement board. Lasted for a dozen or so holes. I was not gentle. They are good.

Very useful
These are very useful hole bits. I’ve used them on porcelain planters, glazed ceramic tiles, clay pots, and glass. Works every time. Harder materials take longer and probably wear out the bits faster. Works best when you can apply water while boring. Start the bit at an angle while holding the drill and object steady. Once the bit has cut in a little start tilting up to get the full 360 degrees of the bit to cut in smoothly.

Works But Takes A little Skill
Purchased this to cut holes on the back of plastic motorcycle headlight housing covers (you have to do this to install LED bulbs as they have fans that need to vent). They worked well for this but you have to start at an angle or the hole-saw blade jitters around (similar hole saws for wood have a drill bit in the center for precise accuracy). To get this right takes a little practice. My first couple were not as accurate as my later ones.Only knock on this is the useless plastic storage box. A plastic compartmented box would be perfect to organize these but you just get a rectangular cheap plastic container to stuff them all in. I would buy these again.

Not good enough for porcelain tile
I barely got through the glaze on a porcelain tile before the diamonds were gone on the 12mm.This was on a dry cut. Maybe it'd last longer on a wet cut.

You get what you pay for
Best to describe these as "single use". The coating on the outside is not consistent out of the box, and there are no labels on any of the bits to tell you what the size of each is, so have a tape measure or ruler handy. The abrasive coating wore off completely the leading edge after drilling one hole through 1" granite counter for a new water filter. But it did the job and drilled a clean hole.If you're looking to drill a single hole with each size of bit, these are okay and will do the job. Just don't expect to use any of the bits a second time. All that said, you're getting 15 various size single use bits for less than the price of a single higher quality bit, so you definitely get what you pay for.
