Levy's Leathers 2 1/2" Suede Guitar Strap with Suede Backing - Adjustable from 38" to 51"; Sand (MS26-SND)

I’ve purchased 3 of these straps, maybe 4. If you’re looking for a leather strap that doesn’t slip, look no further; these are soft suede and they look great, feel great and are inexpensive. I have the 2 and 1/2 inch wide, and the 3 and 1/2 inch wide. But for some reason these straps don’t ship quickly, I’ve had to wait 3 or 4 weeks, it seems, before receiving mine. Still, worth the wait.

Almost 70 and have used Levy's straps forever. Quality leather, quality construction, reasonable price. I prefer the suede-backed straps to keep guitar from shifting about. Levy's continues to be my "go to" brand.

This strap is a really nice quality, but it doesn't slide across your shirt when you move your axe up or down, rather, it pulls you shirt up or down which is quite annoying.

Love this strap! Very soft and comfortable. Helps solve my SG neck dive issues. Would 100% recommend.

This strap is too short for some players

Bought this strap for my new AE Taylor. I was happy to have caught the last brown strap just in time since the listing stated there was only one left. Now I'm seeing that hasn't changed. I ordered the brown strap to make a nice match to my Taylor but unfortunately the one I received was not the deep brown I anticipated to get. It honestly looks more like the rust. Other than that I do like the strap. I've owned levy guitar straps before and have never had any problems with any of them. This wasn't as expensive as some of my other ones and not as thick but it's still nice and sturdy. Not the color I was expecting but keeping it anyway.The only actual con in reference to it's functionality or use would be trying to get the strap around the bottom strap button of my guitar. Took a minute of really fighting the strap hole around the strap button and a bit of a struggle to get it on there good and secure. Although it may just be a problem with this specific guitar since it does have a bigger strap button at the bottom than some other guitars. But idk I've yet to try it on some of my other guitars partly because I'm not really wanting to remove the strap now knowing how difficult it was to put it on. Lol anyway - hope this was helpful.

I have gone to only using these straps for my acoustics, electrics and bass guitars. They are wide, soft and feel good on my shoulder. They stay flat (my nylons tended to roll at the shoulder) don't dig into me and are soft so they don't scuff my instruments. I have tried nylon and other materials but nothing seems to be as comfortable (or even as durable) as my Levy's straps. A long gig with my bass can tax my shoulder but with this strap I stay comfortable. Give them a try and I think you'll also find them a great choice.

This is a wonderful strap, but out of the factory it is extremely stiff and the holes are very tough to fit over the strap knobs. But that is probably by design and a GOOD THING. Too easy a strap hole and once it is broken in, it might not hold the guitar.There are leather softener sprays you can buy, or do what I did:After washing a load of laundry and partially drying it, with clothes still moist, I put it in with them in the drying at medium heat for about 8 minutes, it softened right up! Don't do it with too wet or too dry clothes and don't let it stay in any longer than that!I fitted mine with a pair of Schaller type strap locks, and the thick leather made it difficult to fit, but with some coaxing and softening, it fit.A fantastic strap if you have a neck dive guitar like my G2655T. It's now my favorite strap. No fancy distracting designs, and a good black color.Buy this!

Levy's does a great job, this strap is perfect for my acoustic guitar. Very durable and quality materials, looks great even after using it almost every day for the past 6 months.

Better than I expected. Made from two nice pieces of leather. Sturdy and malleable, it was easy to install schaller strap locks, comfortable, and seems durable. I ordered a second one for my other electric.
