This is a nice manifold and comes with the heat shield and gasket for a fair price. You will only need new bolts and the manifold appears to be as good or better than oem. Fit was excellent.

This item works well. It came machined flat, holes aligned correctly. I bought both sides, driver side gasket was damaged but everything else was fine.

The factory passenger side exhaust manifold for my 2013 RAM OUTDOORSMAN w/5.7 MDS HEMI has a small port on front side of the head, the one I ordered DID NOT. This port is for MDS operation. I had to drill the the replacement manifold to assure proper functionality... Wasn't happy. The quality other than that, about same as factory. Ifyour pinching pennies it's acceptable. If you want to not worry about ever replacing it again: buy starless short headers.

Ordered based on reviews, unfortunately this passenger side exhaust manifold for my 2016 RAM 1500 5.7L Sport did not "drop right in". Bolt holes did not all line up specifically the top bolt on cylinder-6, offset by 2mm preventing the bolt to thread. Struggled for longer than I should have off/on/off/on repositioning it, decided to return it.

Exhaust manifold did NOT fit 2016 RAM 1500 5.7 Hemi. I had the infamous "hemi tick" caused by sheared bolts in the exhaust manifold. It was the rear-most two bolts, on the rear-most cylinder, on the passenger side. After having the bolts welded-out by a pro welder (good luck drilling - it's a bear!), I used this kit and thought I would replace the gasket, manifold, heat shield, and the new exhaust line bolts. The gasket and heat shield fit fine, as did the new ex-line bolts. The new manifold holes lined-up fine with the old manifold. But upon placing the new manifold onto the engine, the manifold-to-exhaust line connection didn't fit. The new manifold fitting on this kit was just a bit too wide to fit into the exhaust pipe opening. It didn't "go in" to the exhaust line far enough. This left the manifold bolt holes all less than a centimeter misaligned from the engine block holes. I used the old manifold instead, along with the new gasket, heat shield, and a new set of Dorman manifold bolts, and it worked just fine. Too late to return the new manifold. BUYER BEWARE! I'm sure there is a less expansive way to get a new heat shield and gasket, and you can probably re-use your old manifold (which is already heat-broken-in to fit better!). For me, I'm just glad there is no more "tick tick tick tick"!! Good luck!

I had an exhaust manifold leak on my 2018 Ram Hemi right passenger side. I purchased this manifold, came with gasket and heat shield. Bolted on nice, torqued down and no more annoying exhaust leak. I recommend this product 👍
