Great walker tray, modifications needed
This tray did not sit low enough on our older Carex walker with paddle release levers. There was very little space for the hands/fingers.I had to remove some material from the front of the slots for the tray to sit lower to give adequate clearance for the user's hands to fit around the walker hand grips.Additionally, like the other reviewer who used hose clamps to make "stops", I used clear PVC tubing and zipties to make stops or bumpers on the front walker tubes to ensure that my elderly parents can easily place the front of the tray down against these stops, then lower the black rubber bumpers at the back of the tray down onto the back tubes. Doing this ensures that the tray sits level and securely on the walker.

Best universal walker tray
Worked very well for moving things around the house while I was recovering from a hip transplant. Very stable.Supplement. Five years later, I bought another one, having lent the first to a friend who loves it. Used mine this year at the nursing & rehab center where I went to recover from two knee replacement surgeries, and want to have it available when I return in two weeks for recovery from a hip replacement surgery, so bought another. What I like best about this tray is the indentation on the body side of the tray that lets the user get inside the walker a bit, for better stability. Other trays may have more space on top, but the force the user to walk behind the walker in a forward leaning position. The tray is easy to pop on, stable, and easy to store. The price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

This is so perfect. you know why?
This was such a lifesaver. I had surgery and needed a walker for a few weeks. I cannot stress enough how much this helped me. When I was home by myself and needed to fix my meals this allowed me to walk around with my food and carry a drink. One tip. I used a commuter cup to carry my coffee in. This made sure it didn't spill . I bought this in orange and the color alone made me feel better.I think it would also make a cute gift for someone that uses a walker all the time.

Very disappointed
I ordered two of these, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. I am disappointed in this product for several reasons. No matter what I do, the tray always tips forward instead of laying even and I find that irritating because I'm constantly adjusting it. The open space for a cup is way too small for any cup I have. The closed space, again, doesn't hold any cup I have so both spaces are useless. For the price I paid (for 2) I expected it to be more functional than it is.

A big help
My Mother recently tranitioned from a cane to a walker. This tray has been very handy for her to have to make carrying food much easier and to give her back a bit of independence. It's easy for her to put on and take off the walker and fits well on the model of walker she has. It's very sturdy, does not move around, and is easy to keep clean. Well worth it for the convenience.

I recommend this tray for those who need a walker to ...
The walker tray offered me a safe way to move my dinner from the kitchen to dining table. I recommend this tray for those who need a walker to move from room to room because of surgery or injury.

Like an extra pair of hands
Makes the walker 200% more useful, since you can move and carry meals, drinks, papers, remotes, phone, anywhere you take the walker. This one seems to be very well made, and sturdy on the walker.
