If you have pets this is the holy grail! Lol not kidding. I had two cats with behavioral problems (mainly due to the addition of a puppy) & they absolutely TRASHED the carpet in my apartment. After using a million and one different carpet and cat urine cleaning products I used this formula in my Bissell instead of a rug doctor machine. I was blown away by how much came out of the carpet. Not to mention the removal of the yellow stains on my WHITE carpet. Needless to say this saved my deposit and the carpet. Once I was done cleaning the carpet you would have never know there were even any pets in the apartment. It also has a faint clean smell but mostly unscented-like the smell of freshly laid carpet.

I was looking for Hoover Expert Clean carpet shampoo solution but I guess they don't make it any more.I decided to give this a try.I will buy it again.The stains and marks and spots on my cream colored carpet... or what I thought was my cream colored carpet... came right up. Despite having a very very nice vacuum, that dirty water was nasty (and oddly fulfilling to see it come out).. NOW I have a cream colored carpet again, free from all spots and my whole house just smells fresh and clean again.Yay!

I have a large dining room and a large living room and needed to shampoo the carpets in both. Hoover and Bissell products are very expensive so I decided to try this brand. It seems to have worked very well. The carpets look clean. It sure is a lot more reasonable in price than the other name brands. I am a fan of generic products.

We purchased the Rug Doctor Pro deep carpet cleaner … the best commercial cleaner we’ve used, so far, and used their suggested cleaner. Best user friendly cleaner ever!!! Easy to use, easy to clean after use. Great quality of cleaning. Purchased the ancillary pack for upholstery, stairs & car cleaning. Easy to use and works fantastic. We give them a 10 out of 10 for quality of use, ease of use and ease of clean-up.

I usually buy the carpet cleaning solution at Walmart. $17.99 for a bottle half this size and does half the cleaning. I have cream colored carpets with high traffic. I have 2 toddlers in the home, 3 other kids, myself and my husband, and 3 pets. My carpets get a lot of traffic. This stuff not only got out stains I thought would never leave, it made them smell good without a over bearing chemical smell. Great product, will only be buying this for my carpet cleaner from now on.

The carpet in our home is 23 years old. Because it's such a light color, keeping it looking good requires shampooing it every year. So over all these years I've tried about every brand available. I can honestly say this Rug Doctor Industrial solution cleans better than any other I have used. Without pretreating high traffic areas or spot cleaning stains, I just used this solution as instructed. This is the first time ever that my wife did not want me to go back over any area again. I only wish I had found this brand sooner.

I researched many carpet cleaning solutions on Amazon and read so many reviews, finally settling on this one. So glad I did, it really works!Used it in a Hoover carpet cleaner and it removed all the pet urine and odor smell and left the carpets fluffy and pleasant smelling without being over powering.When I run out I will order another bottle because it works better than any other cleaner I have ever tried.
