Removing shutters for siding sealing, the retainers almost always break. These are much cheaper than buying from home improvement stores. One broke but they included an extra one anyway.

Horrible product. Barbs break as you install them and when you tap with a hammer they immediately break. Very brittle and made of a hard plastic not your typical shutter fastener. Would not recommend at all and the the diameter is bigger than original fastners you have to redrill mounting holes and they still break when installing. Finally found a better product that worked like they should.

Great color match, works great when you use patience in installing them. One of those it is what it is items. Quality & price was great.

The shutter nails match the color perfectly but the nailhead are half the size of the current ones so I have to replace all of them to make it look right

The color is nice. They may work if all you have to go through is thin vinyl, but if you have anything behind your siding, look for a different product. There are others that may be better and less expensive. As soon as you tap on them to install, they bend. They are then no use to you. Very flimsy.

My husband broke a few, so order extra.

Every fastener snapped while trying to tap them in. Spray paint that worked great on my shutters wouldn't stick to the nail heads and peeled off. I ended up recycling the ones that I removed when repainting my shutters, and while bent, was able to paint and reuse them without a problem. Don't waste your money on these ones.
