Great replacement phone. Was exactly as described and came on time!

The phone is simlock by Sprint.You can't use it directly with other carrier.You need to do lots of thing to unlock it.And S-Off using Sunshine is $25.You can read the article about how to unlock the simlock of htc M9...

It a great phone and works perfectly as described but ut would be a little better if it was unlocked but it's still an awesome phone

Bought this phone from Red Moon Trading Co. Two definite issues: battery drains easily and phone overheats easily. Planning to return phone

Phone was SIM locked and Sprint refused to unlock it.
