DOOM: The Dark Ages - PlayStation 5

I have been playing Doom since the 2nd game came out on the Amiga and in my view this one tops the lot. Whilst i enjoyed the 2016 game, i did not like Doom eternal which had way too much platforming. Doom the dark ages returns the game to what it should be, solid, no-nonsense slaying! The story element was decent and the variation in level design with the giant mecha suit and dragon was a nice switch up from the norm. The weapon selection was awesome, especially the addition of the shield. I loved every moment of this game. The campaign was a very good length too. Worth every penny. Best game i have played on the PS5 so far.

Excellent game

Game is ok overall, not the best in the series though, probably the worst of the 3. It tries to do too much when all people really want is to blow up demons. Also collectors beware, there is nothing on this disc but a stub file, you have to download the whole game, so not great for game preservation.

It's Doom on Steroids. For me it just got too repetitive and a bit dull as a consequence.

Great mechanics and story. Really good way to flesh out the franchise. PlayStation controls are very easy to understand and fun to play with.

This is a old school action video game for those of us over 40 and remember the original doom video game. I have played the first half a hour of this it plays like the older doom video games from the old days where you fight lots of different enemies with different weapons , graphically this is pretty good i am still installing the rest of this video game only played the first level of it is pretty good , it's nice to find games you can play offline too with a single player mode. The first level has plenty of action to it where you are shooting things with a shot gun and picking up various health packs that help you along the way as you fight against bigger enemies. This reminds me of Halo on the Xbox , where that is a pure action game.

Livraison avec 4 jours de retards et le cd a l'intérieur détaché et micro rayé. Payer un abonnement prime pour avoir les commandes rapidement mais en fait non... Déçu 😞

Il gioco si blocca al secondo capitolo, da un errore 'contenuto in fase di istallazione riprova più tardi'. Non risolvo il problema in nessun modo (aspettando, liberando la memoria della Play, pulendo la Play). Quindi decido di renderlo.
