Q: I've bought this before and it was a white cream, this time it's a brown color and smells of antiseptic, has the formula changed?

Probably not, the change of colour could be as a result of it being exposed to air which could decrease its efficacy or it has gone bad/expired. After I stopped using mine and some remained in the jar it did turn brown.

Q: I have many small Keloid Scars, but they are as old as ten years. Can I use your products to remove them?

I am a keloid former since teenager with pierced ears--45 years ago. Had two surgeries in 2013 and this productwas a waste and did not help my scars

Unfortunately the supply of raw materials varies from batch to batch although the properties of the ingredients do not change. WE are a small company and have to rely on third parties for the supply of the ingredients that we add to BIOSKINCARE to make other products such as BIOSKINREPAIR (and others) and cannot always choose what we get. This is the case with Butterbur that we add for its anti-itching properties and that this time caused a change in color and smell. WE did not have an option when we ran out of inventory as we wanted to still serve our customers. The smell can be avoided if you leave the bottle open for a few hours. The volatile components will leave without detriment to the properties of the cream. Sorry for the inconvenience.
