Works well. Took 4-5 uses to understand how to use it effectively but after that it works fine. Very effective in flossing out the food. A sturdy box to store it when not in use along with the accessories would have completed the deal.

My machine has just stopped working after 4 months .. need to send it back for repairs . Worked fine before that .

I am writing this review to let people know how great this product is! This machine is a blessing for some like me who has been suffering from wisdom tooth pocket. I used to get severe pain attacks whenever food particles used to stuck inside the pocket created by the wisdom tooth, and was suffering from this issue since 5 years!! It worked fine for 8 months. Now one tip broke. After few days even after full charge it stopped working. Very low quality product. Amazon should disqualify this seller.

I have purchased Vertex flosser in July 2020. Almost since a month, it has stopped working. In the previous month it use to start automatically. It worked for sometime after charging it to full and then indicator was beeping indicating battery level is low. Almost after 7 months now, it has stopped working completely. It has one year warrantyI tried contacting the customer care number given on bottom of the product and no one picks. There is no official website of Vertex Innovations Private limited & nobody is picking up when dialed on number displayed on the web, didn't find any service center detailsThis is the worst possible buy I have made considering my past purchases!

This is very good product. specially cleaning between the teeth. Highly recommended for people who have crowding of teeth and can not clean their teeth properly by normal cleaning brush.
