Alright, so as some have already said “weak collar & kind of thin” which is somewhat true. It’s not so thin that it’s see through or cheap feeling, but it’s not that nice thick feeling of let’s say a “dressy Polo” & not saying this won’t fit the bill! The collar is fine, it’s definitely not stiff & does seem like it could lose its shape, time will tell.I’m 5’11 165-170 somewhat athletic build (back in the gym). Far as the fit goes, I like it personally. It’s comfortable, feels good on the skin & does have an overall good fit in the chest, shoulders & arms. I wouldn’t say it’s slim fit, but it does its job. Far as the length which is important to me being I have somewhat of a long torso, it’s great! Can be worn with my normal jeans or with my chinos. Has been washed once & no shrinkage!Also, if you’re wondering between this & the Fresh Clean Threads, I think the it’s not quite as slim, arm length is a little shorter (both not that noticeable) & the length is atleast an inch or so longer.Definitely worth checking out & hopefully my review helps!

The material is soft and comfortable but the fit definitely runs small. The collar is kind of weird.UPDATE: I wasn’t happy with the first shirt so the seller immediately reached out and offered me a full refund. I asked if they were willing to send me a new shirt in a bigger size instead of a refund and they said absolutely. They sent me a new shirt and the fit is much better and fits me more comfortably. I was not expecting a response from them when I left the previous review but they must really value customer satisfaction because they did not waste any time offering me a money back guarantee. The customer service is really outstanding. I will purchase more shirts now that I know what size fits me the best.

My husband liked the size medium button tees from the same company so he thought he'd like their polo style shirts as well.The button up collar sits high on his neck, both buttons need to be undone so as not to appear as if he's choked by the collars. The appeal of this company is that the cut is more flattering for men (a tapered body style) and the sleeves are slightly shorter and more fitted, to give a less sloppy eeffect. The polo has longer sleeves than the tees negating this effect.Somehow in every photo of a model wearing the polo shirt AND on my husband (who does not have a large "cut" or "buff" chest) the button holes hay strange and are always wrinkled instead of flat. It's a pet peeve for me to look at. It won't smooth away either.All in all, we are ok with the tees, but won't venture out to other styles again. The prices are too high once delivery and taxes are factored in. They don't seem to shrink, fabric is thin, cool, comfortable and soft. Not for cold weather though.

Shirts do not fit like they used to. They changed the sizing at some point. I used to be able to count on True Classic shirts fitting me perfectly every time. I was willing to pay a premium for that. These shirts are pricey, the fit on me now is similar to much cheaper Target or Walmart shirts. Did my size change one might ask? I do not think so, the older True Classic shirts in my closet still fit the same. I tried adjacent sizes, they are either too baggy, or too tight. I contacted customer service, they confirmed a change had been made.

Edit: Immediately after posting my review, True Classic reached out to me. They originally said they’d give me a full refund. I told them Amazon had done that already and I’m not the type of person to “double dip”. They instead offered to send me another shirt, at their expense. They asked for my size preference and color, as well as address. Within a week, I’m the proud owner of a perfect shirt! This is AMAZING customer service, and for that alone, I will be ordering more from them. Companies don’t do this anymore so, this was very refreshing. I would still order a size up, and if you have a longer torso like me, GET A TALL SIZE. Thank you guys!Original Post:I ordered an XL but it fit like a Large. After washing, it would have been like a Medium. To be fair, I have a long torso. I think if I were able to get an XL Tall, it would have been fine. I even went a size up from their sizing calculator on their website. They suggested a Large. Other than that, the shirt seemed to be of good quality. I wish it would have fit.
